Processing of exploratory works in the complex land consolidation in selected area

The Bachelor´s thesis examines the issue of women's representation in the presidency and the premiership in the period 1990-2017. The main purpose of research is a comparison of non-European countries representation of women in their leadership, specifically on the basis of statistically supported indicators that have been analysed. The analytical output of the research is the interpretation and outline of the spatial differences in the area of the monitored issue, as well as the finding of possible causes, with reference to possible geographical regularities and an outline of the prediction for the future of development in the representation of women in presidencies and premierships.
Historical treatment of land in Jihočeském kraji

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the first land arrangements and land reforms that were implemented in the area of the present Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates in detail the oldest land reforms carried out in South Bohemia. Furthermore, it addresses historical land arrangements during the era of the Rosenbergs, who were engaged in fish farming. The Eggenbergs made adjustments to the Český Krumlov estate. The Schwarzenbers settled new lands and adjusted agricultural lands. The Buquoys established the park named Terezino Údolí. After the World War I, the ownership of lands underwent several changes. After the World War II, lands were confiscated due to the construction of the Iron Curtain. After 1989, the properties confiscated in previous years were returned and the process of land arrangements began.
Percussion Instruments in a military brass Bands

This thesis describes a role of percussion instruments in military brass bands. The first part of the thesis is presents functions and tasks which military music must deal with. The second chapter describes history of military music from ancient ages up to present with special focus on Central Europe region. The third chapter tries to comprehend a role of percussion instruments in the military brass band within its variability. Connections between brass bands and symphonic orchestra and popular music are mentioned. The third chapter is concluded by comparison of two different types of compositions intended for brass band: Austro-Hungarian military march by Julius Fučík and Music for Prague 1968 by Karel Husa are presented as two examples of traditional brass band composition and modern composition of avant-garde 20th century music.

Representative works of Contemporary Compositions for Solo Percussion The thesis is divided into three parts, connested to, and completing, each other. They are presented in alphabetical order. Section One: A Guide to the World of Percussion Section Two: The World of Percussion Section Three: Contemporary Works for Solo Percussion The Guide to the World of Percussion is a lexis of phrases which relate to percussion performance, and general percussion terminology. The translation of any terms must be comprehensible with or without cross-reference. The first entry is a complete description. The second is a shortend description completed by the full lexis, entitled:The World of Percussion. The second part contains supplementary information presented in the form of summary interpretation. The third part is entitled: Contemporary Works for Solo Percussion. The aim of this practically laid-out section is to index and compile information about the composers, their works, and to present one representative work from each, for analysis. Individual works including notation and graphs are included in a composer?s sections. The thesis is concluded with compendium of composers and their works.
