The thesis contains the introduction of auditing process with focus on internal audits including specific diversities in auditing of small organization. Build up the survey of internal audit with the perspective on future auditing concept.

Quality and competition.

The present bachelor thesis deals with quality and it´s influence on competitiveness. This thesis consists of two parts- first part is focused on history and nowadays quality management both in the Czech Republic and word wide and it also explains the related basic terms. The main emphasis is given on the proper attitude to these issues and on the comparison of different cultures. The second part is devoted competitiveness and how to reach it by means of quality factor. Quality is divided into two sections – the inner quality of the company which can be achieved bythe system of quality (ISO standard, Kaizen, Lean production) and for the quality which the company must ensure to attract the customer, the so- called external quality (transport, design, marketing). A special subsection of the second part is a description of the company which has managed to successfully apply the system of quality into practice i.e the Japanese company Toyota.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is quality control in the production process and means of improving the quality of products. It contains a description of methods of inspecting the production process, and the benefits of measurement automation and its practical use in the production process. The work also discusses the fundamentals and potential of machine vision use in various production areas and during the quality control process, starting with the receipt of material and ending with the shipment of finalized products.

Statistical methods in quality management system are strong tools, which helps us to make right resolutions in area of quality management, or in other possible areas, such as process control, or in assessing of specific parameters in company. In these respects we are using various norms, manuals and publications such as ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 9004 a ČSN ISO/TR 10017. In the beginning part of work we are gradually dealing with basic phraseology from area of statistical methods, next we continues with management and with process, SPC, description of basic statistical methods and in the end by data. Goal of this work is literature exploration of facts and own conclusion connected with predict of progress in these area.

Certification of Quality management system

The Bachelor’s thesis deal with the quality management system certification. In the introduction to the points at issue you can find an explanation of some basic ČSN EN ISO 9001 terms, its history, origin and development. After that some particular ISO standards of 9000 series and methodological instructions for accreditation (MPA 50-01-07) are discussed. The biggest emphasis is put on standard ČSN EN ISO 9001. Particularly chapters 4 to 8 are analysed here. The other significant part of the theses is the chapter 7 dealing with the process of certification. The whole process from its origin up to the edition of a certificate, following supervision and re-certification is here described in detail. The current state evaluation and future development prediction are given in the conclusion.

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of quality and competitive strength. Here is enlarged the way how to ensure the quality and to satisfy the customer by implementig, following and checking of ISO standards. Satisfaction of the customer brings the potentiality into the company. The only way is to bring up our children for the lifelong learning. Education in languages should be on very high level and languages should be taught even in kindergartens. Crossconnection of the government´s policies in infrastructures and education will have positive influence on our future life, factories will not move to East, they will stay here and employ our people. To be open to innovation and not hesitate to lay resources into it. This is the only way to obtain more effective production. We shouldn´t forget the safety of work and follow the severe laws and standards.The heritage for following generations will depend on our attitude to quality problems and to competitive strength.We cannot think only of short-term profit, but also of the future.The society will be permanently created and developed.The society will be permanently created and developed. We cannot stay on one place in this created system.It is necessary to follow the progress in the world and give priority to new technologies and ensure the prosperity for our descendants.

This bachelor thesis deals with the role of the technical kontrol in a firm. In the first part there are described the tools of statistical process kontrol with an emphasis on flowchart, dot and kontrol diagrams, Ishikawa diagram, histograms and Pareto analysis. In the second part there is analyzed the position and the dutin of the technical kontrol in a firm. Possible progres in the field of the technical kontrol is gauged.

This bachelor`s thesis is aimed at quality and its influence on competitive strength. In the first part the quality system is described. This uses especially the ISO standards. Then other important parts connected to this topic follow; marketing, customer demands´ assurance, products´ design and construction, material purchase and storage. Then the other part comes with the production stage. Here the machinery and human resources play the most important role. The following part deals with the quality control. That means above all the quality division and possibilities and control of anticoincident product. After that the post-productive stage comes with storage, distribution and servicing. Planning, surveying and monitoring are very important parts of all stages.
