Kritická přesycení v malých objemech
Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Demo, Pavel ; Sveshnikov, Alexey
Critical supersaturation is derived from the size distribution of nuclei as a function of volume of mother phase.
Určení koncentrace vápennatých iontů v tuhnoucí cementové pastě s různým vodním součinitelem
Tichá, Petra ; Demo, Pavel ; Hošková, Š. ; Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Kožíšek, Zdeněk
Number density of calcium ions within cement paste was experimentally determined for various water to cement ratios and at different times.
Nukleace pórů v pevných látkách: časová prodleva
Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Demo, Pavel ; Tichá, Petra ; Kožíšek, Zdeněk
We study early stage of formation of voids in solids. Within context of nucleation theory the time lag of this process is estimated.
Vliv počátečního přesycení na nukleaci a růst v uzavřených systémech
Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Demo, Pavel ; Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Tichá, Petra
Influence of initial supersaturation on the size-distribution of nuclei and growth rate is studied in closed system. Numerical solution of kinetic equations show that depletion of the mother phase plays important role at higher initial supersaturations.
Určení parametrů kvantových teček PbCl.sub.2./sub. v matrici NaCl pomoci optické spektroskopie
Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Demo, Pavel ; Polák, Karel ; Beitlerová, Alena ; Tichá, Petra ; Kožíšek, Zdeněk
Within context of nucleation theory and utilizing optical spectroscopy measurements at various temperatures the basic parameters entering nucleation equation (such as, for example, surface energy, resp. temperature dependent difference in chemical potentials) may be estimated.
Proč se podkritické zárodky rozpadají v nukleujícím systému?
Demo, Pavel ; Tichá, Petra ; Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Kožíšek, Zdeněk
We show that if the clusters flux density of nucleating system is interpreted in the sense of Onsager's nonequilibrium thermodynamics, the clusters being smaller than the so-called critical nucleus grow with negative velocity and, thus, they must dissolve in nucleating system.
Kinetika vzniku nové fáze v otevřených a uzavřených systémech
Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Demo, Pavel ; Sveshnikov, Alexey
Nucleation process in open and closed system is discussed. Basic characteristics of nucleation process (distribution function of nuclei, nucleation rate and total number of nuclei) are determined by numerical solution of kinetic equations.
Ověření hypotézy o inkubační době v cementových pastách
Demo, Pavel ; Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Vodák, F.
Analysis of four most frequently used hypothesis about incubation period of hardening cement paste is done on the basis of electrical measurements. It is shown that our measurements support two of these hypothesis, while other two seem to be in contradiction with the experimental data.
Homogenní nukleační rychlost v uzavřeném systému při různých počátečních podmínkách
Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Demo, Pavel ; Sveshnikov, Alexey
Nucleation kinetics in a closed system is studied. At lower supersaturations time dependence of nucleation rate has very similar behaviour as in standard nucleation model. At higher supersaturations nucleation rate reaches some extremal value and then decreases with time.
Elektrická vodivost přechlazených tavenin halogenidových solí
Sveshnikov, Alexey ; Demo, Pavel ; Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Nitsch, Karel ; Rodová, Miroslava
One of the long standing open problems of materials science and technology is how to produce a macroscopic crystal of required physical and chemical properties under a limited number of conditions adjustable and controlable from the outside. For example, purity of a starting material or temperature imposed on the freezing system may play the role of such controlling parameters
