Bachelor thesis on Sources of thermal water in area of Děčín´s basin is literature review, as is in the title, thermal resources in Děčín´s basin, some experts sometimes called as Děčín´s thermal structure. In first part focussings in history of thermal water diversion, at that time inherently involved with the beginings of baths in Děčín, second part of bachelor thesis takes up readers with geological situation in area of Děčín.
In the third part bachelor thesis is describle actual situation of thermal water in Děčín, detail description particular bores including their localization in area of Děčín. Then Bachelor thesis suggests to provision their saving, resousces of saving Děčín´s thermal structure, but the same some possibilities of their progress.
The result of bachelor thesis will be not only propose actions to save the Děčín´s thermal structure, but find possibilities other wastes to Děčín and enviroment as well.

Options for the future direction of the Czech pension system in the light of the Slovak pension reform

This bachelor thesis analyses the impact of reforms in the czech pension system. It deals with the development and current status of pillars of pension insurance in Czech and Slovak republic which has been changing significantly throughout the past few years. The focus is mainly on the second pillar of pension insurance which was expected to restore the long term sustainability that has been diminished by demographic changes. Unlike in Slovakia the pillar has not been very popular among Czech citizens. The main goal is to present a solution that will guarantee long term sustainability of the first pillar and will also motivate citizens to enter the second pillar. Solution is to do another parametric adjustment of runnig system. The second pillar is need to be set as mandatory with possibilities of exiting after a certain time, also need to be involved by imployers, extended by another types of payments and better informed from government. To achieve the desired goal methods of comparative analysis of Czech and Slovakian pension system is used.

Current financial and economic crisis and the entry of the Czech Republic into the European Monetary Union

This Diploma Paper provides an analysis of the Czech Republic convergence process, which importance grows more in the period before entry into the European Monetary Union. The convergence is evaluated on the basis of three criterion units which are standing alone but fading into each other. It is the Nominal convergence including Maastricht criteria which have been stated in the Treaty on European Union, then Real convergence criteria and criteria which accompany the development of the Optimum Currency Areas Theory. The theoretical part gives the definitions of particular criteria and draw the attention to potential problems which can occur by their interpreting. In the practical part there are comparative characteristics used to analyze achieved state of the convergence in the Czech Republic in relation to EU countries and euro area countries. This part attends also to monitoring the current financial and economical crisis and it's impact on individual indicators.
