Táto práca podáva náhľad na výkonové polovodičové moduly, technológie v nich požívané a niektoré procesy používané na ich výrobu. Popisuje aj niektoré kvalitatívne kritériá pre spájkovaný spoj medzi DBC substrátom modulu a jeho základovou doskou a metódy používané na ich inšpekciu. Na koniec porovnáva vlastnosti 6-zložkovej vysoko spoľahlivostnej spájky 90iSC vyvinutej firmou Henkel so štandardnou spájkou požívanou na výrobu modulov vo firme SEMIKRON pri použitím rôznych spájkovacích programov, použitím röntgenovej inšpekcie, SAM a metalurgických rezov.

Connection between PC and PLC through Ethernet Powerlink

The aim of my bachelor‘s thesis is connection between PC and PLC with industrial network Ethernet Powerlink. This work describes the basic principle of Powerlink network connection and the option of connecting ordinary PC to Powerlink network according to Powerlink standard. This allows you to use your computer for setting parameters and visualization of other devices connected to the Powerlink network. The result of this work is an application that after the connection to the EPL network detects all active devices on the network, shows their names and eventually displays their variables.

Design of a SW library for drives control

The main aim of this thesis is to create a library in TwinCAT PLC for Beckhoff motion control without NC task. This library is targeted for less performance controllers. The next part deals with creating a PLC application for motion control with digital I/O variables or with serial line. A Windows application will be created to configure the main parameters of motion control in the PLC Application.
