Educating Process (future) Teachers of Kindergarten at Montessori Pedagogy in the Czech and Slovak Republic

Work submits a description and comparison of preparation future teachers and education process of teachers od kindergarten at Marie Montessori pedagogy by optics of formal, casual and informal education in the Czech republic and in Slovakia. Theoretical part of work targets a process of Marie Montessori pedagogy in detail, unconventionally and innovatively. It is still an attractive pedagogical way in the Czech republic and in Slovakia as well. Even it has centennial roots in the world, it is quite a new alternative in the Czech republic and in Slovakia, because a uniform school system implemented in these countries in 1948 and lasting almost to the end of the twentieth century, did not allow to use other alternatives apart from the mainstream. Theoretical part of work involves an destription (mother) of school system in both countries and analysis of teacher's personality at kindergarten and their preparation. Empiric part consists of pedagogical research of qualitatively - quantitative design, implemented in the Czech republic and in Slovakia in order to find out and monitor contemporary status, level and possibility of formal, casual and informal educational process of teachers and also future teachers Slovak and Czech kindergartens.
