Refining of astrogeodetic vertical deflections on selected points in Brno

The subject of this diploma thesis is refining of astrogeodetic vertical deflections, on selected points of networks AGNES and Veveří, in Brno. Calculations of the vertical deflections components are based on geodetic and astronomical measurements. Astronomical measurements are carried out by using the MAAS – 1 system, whose description is also the subject of this thesis.
Using BIM for Real Estate Valuation

The main objectives of this diploma thesis are to introduce the building information model as an effective tool, helping at work with the buildings throughout their lifecycle and to consider its use for real estate valuation, from the point of view of individual valuation methods, used in Czech Republic. The real estate valuation methods and the functional principles of building information model, as well as its features, are described in the first part of the thesis. In addition, the first part of the thesis also deals with the model implementation conditions in selected countries of the world. The second part of the document contains consideration for model usage in the valuation practice. A practical demonstration of working with the model is also included in this thesis.
Thematic map of urban part in Nová Dubnica

The main object of this barchelor thesis is the design of a thematical map, containing topography and alimetry of a part of a new urban district Dlehé Diely, and a part of the Topoľová street, for Ing. Matej Reháks purpose. Half of the map will be used as a realisation document and half as a pre-project document. The thesis also discusses the theoretical basis of used mapping methods and describes workflow. The map is made to scale 1:1000.
