Industry Specific Dashboard Design for Set of Solitea Holding ERPs

Subject of honor thesis is self-service business intelligence. Its goal is to prove that it is pos-sible to create a unified industry-specific dashboard above set of different ERP systems. First part familiarizes readers with the main theme of the paper, business intelligence, and selected tool for dashboard creation, Microsoft Power BI. The next part characterizes Soli-tea holding of which project is used and described later in this paper. There is also a place for analysis of all ERP systems provided by the group, from which is in the end chosen a sample for dashboard design. Own contribution to this field of study is proven fact that it is possible to achieve universal business intelligence solution in Power BI in a manner of single dashboard above any ERP system.

Czech Literary Prizes in 21th Century

The diploma thesis deals with czech literary prizes in 21th century. It creates typology of present literary awards in the Czech republic. It deals with State national award for literature, Award of Jaroslav Seifert and Magnesia Litera in detail. For these three prizes it lists their characteristics, history, the winners, the jury and the voting system. Medial reflection of the particular year is presented for each induvidual award for the period 2000-2013. The diploma thesis deals with the trends and phenomenons of these three selected awards. These trends and specific phenomenons are compared each other at the end.

Chronotype personality and its effect on the body weight in adolescents during the calendar year

The work is focused on monitoring changes in body weight of female adolescents (age 15-20 years) during one school year to the typology of personality in the field of biological rhythms. The teenagers are separated to "larks", which is the highest activity detected in the morning and "owls", which are people who are more active in the afternoon and evening. In the theoretical part of this work tries to clarify the keyword research. In the practical part there are specific procedures, methods, results, objectives and practical recommendations of the project

The thesis is inspired by Jiří Trávníček?s reader?s research. The research was realized on basis of questionnaire method.

Actual questions of business interruption insurance

The topic of this bachelor thesis is business interruption insurance serving to financial injury compensation, quick recovery of interrupted service and ensuring business stability. Despite its certain advantages it is in many cases neglected, which is valid in the Czech Republic as well. The main aim of this work is to focus on the essential features of insurance and analyze new approaches in terms of disruption. It describes the basic principles of insurance in the context of historical development and various causes business interruption. Special attention is paid to closer approach of insurance product for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs based on the offer of the Czech insurance market. Based on the dynamic development of society, this work proposes extension of insurance coverage to risk of terrorism, political risk or the risk included in information technologies.
