THE SUBJECT OF THE BACHELOR'S WORK IS THE NEW CONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING IN FRYŠTÁK. THE BUILDING HAS FOUR FLOORS AND ONE UNDERGROUND FLOOR. THE UNDERGROUND FLOOR IS USED FOR THE BUILDING´S USERS AND AS TECHNICAL FACILITIES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BUILDING. THERE ARE INDIVIDUAL HOUSING UNITS ON THE OVERLOAD FLOORS. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 10 SEPARATE APARTMENTS IN THE BUILDING. ON THE FIRST ABOVE FLOOR, APARTMENT NO. 1 IS DESIGNED AS BARRIER-FREE. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING, MAINLY BECAUSE THERE IS A BARRIER-FREE APARTMENT. THE BUILDING IS WALLED OF BRICK BLOCKS AND CEILINGS ARE OF CERAMIC PANELS. THE ROOF IS FLAT SINGLE COAT. THE BUILDING ITSELF FITS IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.

The Sports Center

The subject of the master´s thesis is the new construction of a sports center. The building has two floors and a partial basement. In the underground floor there is the technical background fot he air conditioning machine room, boiler room, warehouse, technical room and maintenance room. On the first floor there is the entrance to the building a sports halls, on the second floor it serves as a background for trainers, building management and is also located here two massage rooms. The entrance to the building, including all operational connections is designed as barrier-free. There is ane levator in the building. The building is walled of brick blocks, in the sub-basement part the perimeter masonry forms half of the walls, the ceilings are monolithic reinforced concerete and the roof is flat.
