Stress-strain analysis of arterial aneurysms
Tesařová, Petra ; Skácel, Pavel (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of the aneurysm finite element model and the making of the aneurysm wall stess-strain analysis using ANSYS software. The model of abdominal aortic aneurysm geometry starts from the CT scan of the particular patient. In the thesis there are compared two chosen constitutive models, each of them appears from different mechanical tests done on human arterial fibre samples. Furthermore, a limiting condition for aneurysm wall structure damage is expressed. On the basis of the results of stress calculation in the aneurysm wall and the limiting condition, the safety coefficient and rupture factors risk are worked out.
Evaluating of actual state of existing agricultural building
Skácel, Pavel ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with agricultural buildings and pre-construction survey of the selected building. In the introductory part is mentioned the history of the development of agriculture to the present. Subsequently is discussed typology of agricultural buildings for animal housing and buildings for storage purposes. The second part describes the technical and constructional solutions selected agricultural building , evaluation of the current state, conceptual design necessary construction arrangements, diagnostic methods detailed survey and drawing documentation.
Residual stress state in the arterial wall - literature search
Lerch, Ondřej ; Skácel, Pavel (referee) ; Polzer, Stanislav (advisor)
This barchelor thesis deals with residual stress state in arterial walls that its calculation and literature search current modeling arterial wall including residual stress, calculation residual stress in arterial wall. Thesis also contains information about cardiovascular system mainly information about structure of arterial wall.
Model podniku pro chov jatečných králíků
Skácel, Pavel
This thesis describes and explores the current possibilities and obstacles in the rabbit breeding sector. It is based on many years of experience in rabbit farming and overall interest in the sphere. There are named the factors determining the possibilities of setting up rabbits, all the necessary stabling capacity, cage technology, feed, breeding material resources, slaughtering rabbit sales, pricing and common problems associated with farm running. The thesis tries to keep real costs of revenues and costs in order to ascertain in a clear and objective way the reality or the unreality of entry into this branch. At present, it is not possible to set up a large enterprise with annual production in the order of hundreds of thousands of rabbits for slaughter. That is why the model of a small family business, which can be served by two people, is worked out. The work tries to answer the question whether a small farm would be able to cover the investment costs together with the normal costs and still generate a profit to the family.
Zdravotní problematika v chovech králiků
Skácel, Pavel
The aim of this final work is to give a literal summary of frequent or unusual illnesses, which every breeder can meet in their practise and this work can give general information about etiology, clinical signs, therapy, prevention and prognosis of these illnesses. The work compares the conditions of factory farms and little farms of the aspects of breeding areas, feeding, hygiene and other aspects. In the last part it provides a practical example of the economy of a factory farm and a little farm and the reasoning of vertical processes, which stand behind the economical dates.

Stanovení Poissonových čísel dřevotřískového kompozitu OSB pomocí optických metod na bázi korelace digitálního obrazu
Skácel, Pavel
This thesis is focused on measuring Poisson numbers of oriented strand boards (OSB) by using non-contact optical method of digital image correlation (DIC). Board samples were pressed by flexural load in two directions on a level with the board and in two directions vertical to the level of the board. In addition, measured values of Poisson numbers were statistically evaluated.
