The issue of state social support benefits.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the issue of state social support benefits. The aim is to find out the current state of abuse of state social support benefits and identify their shortcomings. The topic is examined from the perspective of the theory of social construction of target populations and the theory of street-level bureaucrats. The work examines the construction of recipients of SSS benefits in both media and political discourse. Qualitative research was used to achieve the goal of the work, in the form of semi-structured interviews with street-level bureaucrats and document analysis. In order to obtain information on the construction of recipients of SSS benefits, articles in online and print media and stenographic records from the meetings of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic were analysed. I consider the finding that the recipients of SSS benefits are not perceived as a homogeneous group and are constructed according to the individual benefits they receive to be the main results of the work. Furthermore, forms of abuse of SSS benefits were identified, which are distinguished into fraudulent practices of clients and the maximum possible use of the law. Czech somatic idioms

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of chosen idioms whose main part contains designation of human body, also called somatisms. This paper focuses on designations of sensory organs organs of sight, sense of hearing, olfactory sense, sense of taste, sense of touch. Theoretical part is dedicated to the description of cognitive linguistics which amongst other issues, studies representation of human body in language. The first part of this diploma thesis is also focused on the description of phraseology as a field of science and theoretical definition of somatic phrases. The content of the practical part is analysis of data of The Czech National corpus which are compared with phrasal dictionaries. The main aim of the work consists in the description of whether and to what extent they are being applied in spoken language and written texts and if they are updated.

The Journal "Červen"

This thesis deals with a thorough analysis of the various editions of The Journal Červen which was published over the period of 1918 to 1921. Within three years of its existence arose four editions of the journal, while the content and genre focus has been transformed. Depending on this fact, the journal was altered and a group of authors who contributed to the journal with their texts, whether in the field of artistic or politically oriented articles. This bachelor thesis pursues these changes and gives a task to describe them. Our work occasionally deals with the socio-cultural context of the early 20s of the 20th century and chooses such historic events which could affect the final look of the journal. The main goal of this work is a description of four editions of The Journal Červen, its general characteristics, analysis of selected cases and mostly heuristic activity, without which could make our work could not begin.
