Analysis of the impact of the conic aperture placement in the supersonic flow in the differentially pumped chamber

The thesis is focused on the medium dynamics simulation in the environmental scanning electron microscope. Specifically, it researches (examines) the conical aperture location effect in the differential pumped chamber and the width of the pumping channel in this chamber. The theoretical part deals with the environmental scanning microscope generally and other tools used in this thesis, e.g. ANSYS Fluen software, fluid turbulence, medium free path of molecules and electrons scattering. In the practical part, the work is focused on data processing from the ANSYS Fluent program and on their evaluation.
Production covering grids of welding machine

This thesis has been written in the time of my bachelor studies and it describes a production design of a rear cover of a welding set. It focuses on manufacturing of ventilating holes in this component. The cover is made of steel of standard quality 11 320, 1 mm thick. The flattened out shape of the component will be stamped on a Finn Power SG6 machine and subsequently it will be bent on a press brake Safan DNCS 225-4300. The practical part of this thesis contains a design of an instrument making the ventilating holes and an economic assessment.
