Apartment building

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment house with 3 overland and 1 underground floor. The Apartment house is located in Valašské Klobouky, namely on parcel no. 2100/2 in the street Luční. The building has a total of 6 dwelling units. In the basement is designed technical room, storage cubit, and drying room. The entrance to the building is located on the first floor from the eastern side. In addition, there are 2 dwelling units 3 + KK, a stroller and a cleaning room. In the second above ground floor there are 2 flats 3 + KK. The third above-ground floor is identical to the other. The total possible accommodation capacity is for 20 people. All supporting vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, only the external walls of the basement are made of concrete blocks of the lost formwork. The ceiling structure is also designed from the Porotherm system. The roofing of the building is solved by a warm flat roof. The thesis contains project documentation for the implementation of the building, which also includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of construction physics.
