Name: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a gunshot injury of the left hand. Aims: The main aim of the thesis is description of the theoretical knowledge about anatomy, kinesiology and function of the right hand. The thesis also deals with characteristics of gunshot injuries, methods of operational solutions by Kirchner wires and case study of a gunshot injury of the left hand. Methods: The bachelors' thesis is composed of the theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinesiology and function of a hand and also describes fine motor skills. The characteristics of the gunshot injuries and Kirchner wires is also covered in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with a case study of the patient, initial kinesiological analysis, therapies, output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of the therapy.
