The political marketing of ANO and TOP 09 in the Elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic in 2017, the political marketing of ANO and the coalition of TOP 09 and STAN to the European Parliament elections in 2019: the comparative study

This diploma thesis deals with the political marketing of selected political entities on the czech political scene. Primary goal is to analyze and furthermore compare political marketing of ANO and TOP 09 in before of elections to the Chamber of deputies in year 2017 and ANO and the coalition of TOP 09 and STAN in before the elections to European parliament in year 2019. Partial goal of this thesis is to understand the difference between parliamentary elections and European elections, ie first and second order elections, but also to understand differences in financing campaings in before mentioned elections. From the point of view of metodologyis this diploma thesis is drafted as a comparative case study examining two different elections in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part will introduce the concept of political marketing, chosen model of political marketing, election campaings and the concept of first and second order elections. Analytical part will provide deeper analysis of election campaings of chosen subjects. Campaings will be compared at the end of this thesis.

The Flag movement under the leadership of Jan Rys Rozsévač

This bachelor's thesis examines the political movement Vlajka under the leadership of Jan Rys Rozsévač. Primary goal is set to describe and analyze the political movement Vlajka which had an impact on the political landscape of the First and Second republic and also on the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. More emphasis is put on the Protectorate era, because at that time Jan Rys Rozsévač was the leader of this movement. His leadership began in April of 1939. Thesis is focused on the changes in ideology of political movement Vlajka, core points of their political opinions, radicalisation and graduall collaboration. Those changes happened mainly under the leadership of Jan Rys Rozsévač. Secondary goal of this thesis is to describe the persona of this antisemitic journalist and politician. In here you can find all aspects of his career, but the most important one is his position in the Vlajka movement. For this thesis was chosen the concept of the theory of leadership. Final chapters are focused on court trials with formentioned Jan Rys and also on some other members of the Vlajka movement.
