The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště in Zahrádky street. This building is partial basement with four above-ground floors. There are 11 residential units, in the basement there are cellars for individual flats. The load-bearing masonry of above-ground floors will be made of ceramic blocs, in the basement will be used BEST formwork, horizontal construction is made of reinforced concrete. The building will be insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The building has ane levator and reinforced concrete staircase.

The subject of the diploma thesis is an nursery school in Uherské Hradiště in Ledečská street. This building is partial basement with two above-ground floors. First floor is used for nursery school, in the basement there is technical background and in second floor there are classrooms. The building is seperated into three sections. The middle section is made of ceramic blocs and has 2 above-ground floors and has basement. Side sections are made of wood and has 1 above-ground floor. Middle section will be insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Side sections will be insulated with fibreboards. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The building has an elevator and reinforced concrete staircase.

This Diploma thesis describes the history of tea, its charakterisic, technologic processing, chemical structure and effect on human organism, as well as requirements of legislation. This is followed by characterization of microbes which contaminate teas, products of their metabolism which have negative effects on human health (especially mykotoxins) and struglge against these microbes. Experimental part is orientated on assignment of significant groups of microbes in samples of tea in draw leaves and prepered tea.
