The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to specify a corporate culture of the company KOSTAL ČR, spol. s r.o. and to define the influence of the corporate culture on human resources management. Three research methods were used for the analysis of corporate environment: observation, analysis of company´s documents and the VSM 94 questionnaire. 100 employees participated in the questioning. Acquired data of the employees of production department were interpreted apart from the data of the technical-economic employees. The research aim was to observe these two groups of employees and to find out, whether the corporate culture is the same amongst all the employees. Every company has its corporate culture. It is composed of style of behaviour, clothing, architecture, shared opinions and attitudes.
