Business Plan for an Existing Company Development

The subject of this thesis is the IdentCORE company operating in the area of identification RFID media and plastic cards printing as a distributor and reseller. The main goal is to build a business plan and to identify the market and product opportunities. Another goal is to identify new opportunities on one of the markets of the EU in the segment of RFID component. The theoretical part is dedicated to the structure, purpose and content of a business plan together with the definitions of the analysis used in this project. The practical part of the business plan itself deals with specific values achieved and the evaluation of those observed. As an output of this work, the establishment of the IdentCORE company with a defined financial plan, design innovation in service offerings and successful implementation of e-shop with a new web presentation, was put in process.

The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions

Lenka Satrapová Year of defense: 2012 Aim: The aim of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings, application of the methodic of physiotherapy, process of the treatment and the observation its progression in patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions. Methods: The literature search and the case study of this issue were proceeded within the practical experience (from 9th January 2009 to 9th February 2009) in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague (Centre of Motor Apparatus Treatment). The first part of the work is concerned with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint (anatomy, biomechanics, medical imaging, traumatology and physiotherapeutic methods and examinations). The second part contains the case report which refers to the patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions, the treatment, the therapy and the pursuance of the curative effect. Results: The state of operated knee improved radically after the treatment, enhance of the muscle mass and its power is significant, augmentation of the knee joint range and normalization of the muscle tone is noticeable. Draft of methodical exercises for teaching kiteboarding

Title: Draft of methodical exercises for teaching kiteboarding Objective: The aim of the thesis is an accumulation of information about teaching kiteboarding, analysis and based on the processed surveys to draft a methodical exercises for teaching kiteboarding. Methods: The research of the thesis was carried out using a questionnaire. Questionnaire contained 27 questions intended for respondents who have three or more years of experience teaching kiteboarding. The questions were designed to allow only one answer that could possibly amend their answer with a comment. Surveys were sent to respondents via email and have accumulated a total of 19 completed surveys. The results: Based on processed surveys and my own empirical experience teaching kiteboarding was created a draft of methodical line of exercises for teaching kiteboarding. Návrh metody výběru nejvhodnější lokality pro logistický objekt

The thesis deals with the method layout of choosing the most suitable locality for a logistical entity. Regarding the difficulties of multicriterion decison process, when quantitative and qualitative criterions enter to the decision-making, and regarding the fact, that for optimalization of quantitative criterions exist many well accessible instruments, the aim of this thesis is the layout of a new model, which will evaluate only qualitative criterions in chosen localities. Submitted model is based on the expert system's principle and it compile through statistical enquiry empirical knowledge of more than 110 experts -- logistical managers, who evaluated localities for logistical entities during their praxis. Integral part of an expert system, knowledge base, contains 57 characteristics divided into six groups, which enable evaluation of the locality appropriateness for the logistical entity. Consequently, the expert system is capable to compare particular variants and to vizualize the classification. The proposed method represents a subsidiary deciding instrument while solving strategic problems in company development and it facilitates objective decision-making about suitable location of logistical entity. In the thesis a case study is processed. This case study assesses 3 localities, where centres of University forest enterprise Křtiny are situated.

The use of funding from EU resources for construction, renovation and equipment of schools in South Bohemia

The subject of my Master´s Thesis is Use of funding from EU resources for construction, renovation and equipment of schools in South Bohemia. The thesis consists of two parts a theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part contains a description of basic terms concerning Structural Funds and Operational Programmes (OP) that schools gain financial means through. Special attention is paid to OP Living environment, OP Education and competitiveness and to Regional Operational Programme South-west, too. The theoretical part includes a procedure from planning, over realization and monitoring to checking of the project applying for support of funds of the European Union. The practical part is focused on use of theoretical knowledge in practice and on analysis of present state of using grants by schools in the South-bohemian district. A factual example how a school applies for financial support and what requirements must be submitted and met by an applicant is given at the end of the practical part. Results of this Master´s thesis can help to comprehend problems concerned and to simplify for schools administration connected with applying for European grants.

Tourism and recreation in selected area of Šumava foothills

Firstly, my bachelor?s work has been aimed at determination of premises for tourism trade in the area ?Šumavské podhůří?. It contains an area-localized database focused on hotels and restaurants, historical places of interest, natural beauties and holiday attractiveness. It results from this analyse that this area can offer untouched nature in Protected landscape area ?Blanský les? as well as many interesting architectonical sights. However, except for the town of Český Krumlov this area has a low level of superstructure necessary for bigger development of tourism. This is the reason why tourism is very uneven there. Secondly, methods and results of a questionnaire research held on 3 following places have been presented in my work. It concerns localities: Ruins of the castle Pořešín, ruins of the castle Dívčí Kámen and a water dam Římovská přehrada. On each locality 64 questionnaires were fulfilled, in total 192. Data collected were analysed from various points of view by using various statistical methods. Conclusions how to increase attractiveness and so numbers of visitors were concluded from resulting data .
