Commercial and economic comparison of traditional and online gambling

The aim of this paper is to compare two forms of gambling: traditional and online. Gambling is characterized by the involvement of the government because of specific aspects of gambling. These include economic gain for the state's treasury, possible negative social impacts or money laundering. According to these aspects, the paper compares the legislation and economic specifics of both forms of gambling, but also focuses on e-commerce and how gambling went online.

Práca porovnáva právnu úpravu zaobstarávateľských zmlúv podľa aktuálneho stavu legislatívy vo Francúzsku a v Českej republike. Pozornosť je venovaná zmluve mandátnej, komisionárskej, zmluve o sprostredkovaní, zmluve o obchodnom zastúpení a taktiež zmluvám pomenovaným iba francúzkym právom patriacim do tejto kategórie. Jedná sa o komisionársku zmluvu v doprave a najímanie obchodných cestujúcich, obchodných agentov a miestnych zástupcov.
