A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan for a selected company. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of company's financial planning. In the next part, selected company is introduced and a strategic and financial analysis is carried out. In the last part of the master’s thesis, a draft of the corporate financial plan for the next four years is created in both pessimistic and optimistic variant. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of the financial plan is performed.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with employment relations problematics. The main aim is to provide proposals for optimalization of wage and personal expenses of selected employer. Secondary aim is to find possible solutions regarding employer’s issue of insufficient number of employees. Using knowledge gained from theoretical and analytical parts, suggestions on how to resolve these issues are then presented.
