The subject of my bachelor thesis is assembling real entrepreneurial plan to extend the manufacture, manufacturing and expeditionary area and their use to actual business. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the terms enterprise, company, enterpriser, entrepreneurial plan, juridical form of enterprise, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Practical part consists of the analysis of current situation of the company and the entrepreneurial plan itself. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to actually extend the manufacture and realize the actions connected to it followed by economical evaluation of suggested entrepreneurial plan.

The subject of the master’s thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for setting up an online store selling accessories for mobile phones and tablets. The business plan includes the process of building an e-shop, defines the market environment and competition, and last but not least, marketing and promotional strategies. At the end of the thesis, the economic success of the proposed online store is being evaluated based on the financial plan.

The practical part is directly focused on implementation information system including economic assessment and analysis of risk join with this innovation process.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan, namely the establishment of a small Moravian winery. In order to prepare a business plan, a strategic analysis of the current situation was carried out, both in the area of opportunities and threats, as well as an analysis of the market and its surroundings. Subsequently, the prepared business plan is processed into a formal form, where the emphasis is on organizational, marketing, and especially financial plan. Last but not least, the thesis identifies possible risks for business in the wine sector.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is processing of the quality business plan and verifies that the project is viable.
