The ingluence of socio-cultural traditions on the institution of marriage

The dissertation of the following title, "The Influence of Socio-cultural Traditions on the Institution of Marriage "analyzes the impact of culture, social norms and religious faith on the lives of families, on the bond of marriage, and cohabiting partners. It emerges primarily from the findings in cultural studies, sociology, anthropology, and psychology. At the center are new trends, the influence of, and continuously more intense interactions between people from various world regions. The dissertation focuses on the Czech Republic, also in the context of other states in the European Union. The author is very much interested in the phenomena of cultural and social traditions and their resistance or even fragility against outside, foreign impulses. The dissertation also analyzes the socio-psychological aspects and history of the institution of marriage and its development. This includes the religious perspective. Labout market and its possible support by the European Social Fund (ESF)

Projects funded through the European Social Fund are a very significant oppor-tunity for different target groups to enter the labour market. The aim of the bachelor thesis titled Labour market and its possible support by the European Social Fund (ESF) was to analyse the labour market in the Czech Republic within the previous pro-gramming period 2007-2013 and in present and to evaluate the ESF support to the la-bour market. The theoretical part of the thesis provided an overview of the existing knowl-edge on related topics in literature and electronic resources. It focused on the regional policy, the employment and social policy, the European employment strategy, the Euro-pean Social Fund, the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme, the labour market, the employment and unemployment. As a new programming period be-gan in 2014, basic information on the new programming period 2014-2020 will be pro-vided. The research part of the thesis analysed the employment policy and the labour market in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2007-2013 and in present. Three selected projects funded from the Human Resources and Employment Opera-tional Programme were then described and evaluated. The aim was to explain how the projects had affected the labour market.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create paintings with a technical approach close to the traditional Japanese painting. The topics of the paintings are freely inspired by the themes of short stories of Japanese writer Ibuse Masuji. The diploma thesis consists of written part and practical part. The major part of the written part focuses on the brief summary of topic of the Japanese painting and related subjects from the Japanese culture. The main topic of the practical part is the painting on the folding screens.
