Evaluation of the financial situation of a company using systems of financial indicators

This thesis describes financial health of a chosen company by using the systems of fi-nancial indicators. Financial health is not the only subject of research. Partial goal describes the best aplicable methods for the industry of the chosen company. To achieve sufficient professional level of work output, the whole thesis is supported by knowledge of professional literature. The reader is acquianted with the basic concepts of financial analysis and its methods. The systems of financial indicators are then described in detail. The goal is attained by using parallel set of indicators, an intercompany comparison, a pyramid set of indicators and a purposelly selected set of financial indicators. Selected systems of financial indicators are compared using statistical values with a sample of companies from the same industry. Model INFA MPO is used for wider spatial compa-rison. All systems of financial indicators are evaluated separately. These results are then com-pared with each other and models with the best results are determined. Further are men-tioned suggestions for financial management of the selected company.
Cooperative and non-cooperative ownership of a flat

The aim of the thesis is to analyse a legal enviroment about the ownership of a flat in various forms. The goal is to provide the reader with advantages and disadvantages of each of that forms. The thesis is composed of five main chapters. First two chapters are devoted to a short summary of both the cooperative and non-cooperative form of ownership of a flat. After the evaluation of existing legislation in historical context, the following text is focused on fundamental and also application-often problematic legal institutes. View of the academic and judicial community is provided as well. Chapter three analyzes the procedure of transformation of a housing stock after the velvet revolution in 1989, when the economic and political situation has significantly changed and all legal relations has to adopt to new times. This chapter explains the legal way of transferring flats from cooperative to non-cooperative ownership and conditions to be fulfilled. Chapter four compares these forms of ownership on the background of major legal institutes and highligts or warns on the other hand about challenges arising in connection with the appropriate form of ownership. In the last main chapter, several amendments on new legislature are critically assessed, pros and cons are described and some thoughts are pointed out...

This work describes supply chain managent in a chosen company. Not only from the perspective of the company as a supplier, but also from the point of view of a customer. For the standard the whole work is supported by knowledge of professional literature. It explores all the suppliers and customers of the company. The content of this work describes logistics as well. That means it analyses the stock system, logistics costs, movements of the material and all the other important sections. The work contains uppermost financial indicators of the company for a better overview about the actual state of finance. The information about the current managament of logistics leads for improvements. Therefore the work analyses the current situation in the company and suggests acceptable improvements.
