The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of debt collection. Thesis is dividend into several parts. Basic terms are explained initially, focusing on the legal, accounting, economy and tax point of view. The analytical part analyses receivables of entrepreneur and evaluated his current state. Based on the findings, there are recommendations provided in order to possibly improve the state of claim recovery.
Smart cities ve Skandinávii

The implementation of smart solutions and modern technologies are nowadays an increasingly used form of building cities and urban services. There are a large number of smart cities and towns in Europe using some form of smart city solutions. This bachelor thesis analyses the building of smart cities in Scandinavia, specifically in the leading smart cities Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the philosophy and principles of smart cities and the smart areas of environment, technology, living and transport. The next part of the thesis contains a description of the countries of the selected territory. The case cities are then analysed in the selected smart areas based on a literature search. In the final stage, the results are compared and some of the positive factors are recommended to other cities, both in the world and in the Czech Republic.
