Belt conveyor - tolerance analysis

The Thesis deals with the tolerance analysis of the factors entering the long-distance belt conveyor of wet sand transport. The Thesis contains a critical research of similar belt conveyors of long-distance transport and a description of main parts of long-distance belt transport. Furthermore, the Thesis includes a calculation according to CSN ISO 5048 and all the standards related to this standard.

Design of belt grinder

This Master’s thesis concerns the construction of Belt Grinder. The research part deals with types of designs used in Belt Grinders, grinding technology and analysis of grinding/sanding belts which are used for grinding. With use of qualitative methods as Fault Tree Analysis and Quality Function Deployment, the whole topic is taken apart in more detail, so the topic of Belt Grinder is easier to understand. In the next part of the work, the necessary parameters are calculated and then the construction of a Belt grinder for flat surfaces and rounded grinding are modeled. This is followed by a risk assessment analysis, including forms for estimating and subsequently proposing measures to reduce these risks. Part of the work is also the technical and economic evaluation and estimated costs for the implementation of proposed structure.

Goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare changes in sectoral structure according to the NACE classification in the Czech Republic. Literary research will include theoretical concept of structural changes and its causes, especially by technological progress and globalisation. Analytical part will analyse structural changes in 2007-2017 according to 3 criteria namely employment, gross value added and average gross salary. Furthermore 3 selected industries will be compared with the Slovak republic.
