Analysis of suitable airports for IFR training flights in Central Europe
Mach, Lukáš ; Juračka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Sklenář, Filip (advisor)
This bachelor thesis analyzes suitable aerodromes in Central Europe for IFR training flights from Brno-Tuřany Airport. The first section explains IFR flying in general. The second section contains an overview of all IFR-certified aerodromes in Central Europe. In the third section, five of the most suitable aerodromes for IFR training are selected considering the amount of traffic and distance. It also discusses airport fees. The last section contains preflight data of IFR flights from Brno-Tuřany Airport (LKTB) to three of the selected aerodromes from the second section.
Systém pro polo-automatickou 3D rekonstrukci scén
Mach, Lukáš ; Buriánek, Jan (advisor) ; Sedláček, David (referee)
Image-based modeling o ers a way to create precise 3D reconstructions of existing scenes based on their photographs. We describe essential results from projective geometry and computer vision necessary to perform such reconstructions, investigate how sparse feature matching algorithms can be used to help the user in creating the scene more easily and implement a fully functional open source software solution.
3D Computer Vision on the Android Platform
Vášová, Viktorie ; Mach, Lukáš (advisor) ; Kudělka, Miloš (referee)
The aim of this work is to study the problem of automatically reconstructing a 3D scene from a pair of its photographs. It investigates to what extent can this task be performed on a mobile phone running on the Android platform. Several image correspondence algorithms are discussed. The specifics of the Android platform from developers perspective are also considered. The algorithms are then utilized in a particular way to obtain a mobile software solution for 3D reconstruction. This software runs solely on a mobile phone, including capturing the photos by the phone's camera and the final visualization. An implementation of the application is a part of this work.
3D Surface Reconstruction From Video Sequences
Dominec, Adam ; Mach, Lukáš (advisor) ; Sedláček, David (referee)
Abstract. This work describes a method for dense scene reconstruction from video, assuming both the external and internal calibration of camera in each frame is known. The method is modular; in the cases of the well studied subproblems, a description of the corresponding algorithms is provided, and where necessary, we present our novel techniques. The method reconstructs the scene in an iterative manner and is highly adaptable to required precision and resolution of the output. This work is accompanied by a complete open- source implementation of the method described.
Resolution of the General Meeting of Limited Liability Company
Mach, Lukáš ; Patěk, Daniel (advisor) ; Josková, Lucie (referee)
- Resolution of the General Meeting of Limited Liability Company The subject of this diploma thesis is Resolution of the General Meeting of Limited Liability Company. Since legal character of a resolution is mainly determined by how a legal order defines legal persons and juridical acts, the first part of this thesis discusses the theoretical grounds of legal (artificial) persons. The specifics of the current legal regulation are also mentioned afterwards. These general conceptions are then applied to the specifics of the Czech legal order and limited liability company respectively. The second chapter looks into the function of the general meeting. Specifically, issues such as convening and powers of the general meeting or attendace and voting at the general meeting, are dealt with. The third chapter analyzes the resolution of the general meeting itself. It begins with a brief historical excursion to the concept of the legal nature of the resolution. Then it looks for an answer on how the resolution is percieved nowadays. It follows the conclusions found in chapter one, when it deals in more detail with the question of whose will is manifested in the resolution of the general meeting. Furthermore, a short explanation of the juridical acts is provided. The thesis then proceeds in logical order by...

Extremální vlastnosti hypergrafů
Mach, Lukáš ; Kráľ, Daniel (advisor) ; Kaiser, Tomáš (referee)
We give an overview of recent progress in the research of hypergraph jumps -- a problem from extremal combinatorics. The number $\alpha \in [0, 1)$ is a jump for $r$ if for any $\epsilon > 0$ and any integer $m \ge r$ any $r$-graph with $N > N(\epsilon, m)$ vertices and at least $(\alpha + \epsilon) {N \choose r}$ edges contains a subgraph with $m$ vertices and at least $(\alpha + c) {m \choose r}$ edges, where $c := c(\alpha)$ does depend only on $\alpha$. Baber and Talbot \cite{Baber} recently gave first examples of jumps for $r = 3$ in the interval $[2/9, 1)$. Their result uses the framework of flag algebras \cite{Raz07} and involves solving a semidefinite optimization problem. A software implementation of their method is a part of this work.

Application of Balanced Scorecard in a Manufacturing Company
Vyhnálková, Hana ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor) ; Mach, Lukáš (referee)
The main aim of the diploma thesis on the topic "Application of Balanced Scorecard in a manufacturing company" is to develop a draft of the strategic management Balanced Scorecard system for the company NEZA Pelhřimov, spol. s r.o., which produces stainless steel equipment. The subject of the theoretical part is the strategic management, that is focused on strategic analysis and definition of mission, vision and strategy. The theoretical part deals with explanation of Balanced Scorecard method as well. The practical part starts with strategic analysis of the company. The mission, vision and strategy of the company are designed and the Balanced Score measurements are applied. In the conclusion is created the strategic map.
