The diploma work presents financing from a structural funds of the EU and analysis of problems of this type of financing. Main focus is on elaboration feasibility study (economical project rating), that is an inseparable part of the application for grant from these funds. It also speaks about alternative methods of financial resourcing essentials to realize the desired business plan.

The master’s thesis aims at valuation of a selected company. Valuation is based on the yield methods of appraisal. The first part defines the theoretical background used in the second part. The second part is practical and works with real data of existing company. Strategic and financial analyses were used to evaluate selected financial indicators. The pessimistic and optimistic variants of the financial plan are part of the thesis. The financial plans are based on percentage proportion of takings. These plans establish a starting point for valuation of the company based on discounted cash flow. The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company at the time of appraisal.

Záměrem diplomové práce je předložit podnikatelský plán, jehož podstatou je založení obchodní společnosti a realizace v oblasti specializovaného sportovního odvětví „powerkitingu“. V první části práce se věnuji teoretickým východiskům, které jsou dále aplikovány a rozvedeny v praktické části. Zde se zabývám vlastním založením firmy, její struktuře, analýze okolí a marketingové strategii spolu s vyhodnocením rizika a rentability. Dále jsou zkoumány možnosti rozvoje firmy. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení předloženého plánu.

Thesis is based on identification of possible ways of financing, analyzing of present situation and development possibilities in HR environment and preparation of project application.

The master’s thesis deals with the subjective value of stock company IFE-CR, a.s. via selected revenue method. Value estimation will be made to 31. December 2013. The teoretical part explains the main concepts and describes the methodological approaches, related to the company value estimation. Theoretical basis of literature search are developed and applied to specific businness entity in practical part. This part introduces the evaluated company, includes the results of the strategic and financial analysis and in the final stage also the suggestion of value estimation.

The thesis deals with the valuation of the company - Nemocnice Hranice, a.s as the date of 1 st January 2013. In the theoretical part of this thesis the basic concepts related to valuation are clarified. The basic valuation methods and the process of valuation is described. In the analytical part the strategic and finacial analysis is processed. The financial plan is elaborated in two versions - pessimistic and optimistic. At the end is detemined the enterprise value at the measurement date using the valuation method selected the yield.

The thesis analyzes the performance A.W. Company in 2008-2011. In the section theoretical explains the methods, concepts and indicators for measuring performance. After a brief introduction of the company are in the practical part of that undertaking applied. The practical part contains calculations of indicators and interpretation of their results. On the basis of data these results will be suggested possible solutions to improve the financial situation of the company.
