The Effects of Job Interview and Recruitment on Job Seeker

The bachelor thesis presents the topic of The effects of job interview and recruitment on job seeker. The main objective is to analyze the job interview and recruitment in terms of the candidate's positive experience. The theoretical part clarifies the concept of the candidate's experience and the recruitment of new staff. The work is then facing two views. Interview from the perspective of the company and the perspective of the candidate. The practical part examines the recruitment and selection of employees in the cooperating software XY company through a questionnaire survey. It also includes a survey focusing on factors that have a positive impact on candidate experience. The contribution of this work is the identification of errors and deficiencies that the company can hamper in filling of jobs by skilled workers. In conclusion are recommendations for reengineering this process.
