The bachelor thesis is focused on labor relations of self-employed employer. Major aim of this work is reducing of personnel costs of particular employer at the current number of employees. The topic is discussed in general terms in accordance with the applicable legislation in the theoretical part. The second part of this work is focused on the analysis of the expences related to labor costs of the selected employer. Several suggestions for optimizing personnel expences in order to find the best solution are listed in the third chapter.

The bachelor's thesis deals with labor law relations, specifically the origins of employment relationship in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the territory of the Czech Republic. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose a solution to the problem, which is related to the lack of employees. More precisely, to optimize the number of employees and the associated payroll costs. On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize the number of employees and optimize wage costs will be proposed to the employers.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securing, confirming and collection of debts. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part characterizes debts from a legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of overdue debts and the current system of their securing, confirmation and collection. The last part is devoted to suggestions for improving of this system and to the evaluation of its feasibility.

The theme of this work is to analyze the current state on how to enforce outstanding debts. The theoretical part defines terms of receivables, collateral liquidation based on claims, judicial and extrajudicial enforcement. Receivables are characterized by accounting, tax and economic terms. The analytical part describes the business entity, line of the business and the current situation which is a dramatic problem within debt recovery. The third part is designed to show the most appropriate ways to ensure receivables.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the problem of labour law relations at the selected employer. In the theoretical part there are explained concepts related with labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting point of view. Based on the analysis of the contractor’s current situation in the field of labour law relations there are suggested possible solutions to his issue, which is lack of employees.
