Detached House with Establishment

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a detached house with establishment copy centre in Ostrava. The house is suitable for housing a family of four. Operation copy centre will provide residents of the house. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered with a flat roof and aisle roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the west. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks with structural system Porotherm as the vertical supporting construction and for the horizontal supporting construction the Porotherm semi-fitted ceiling system was used. The project was developer by a computer program ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a timber frame house – log house situated in the cadastral area Salaš u Velehradu, region Uherské Hradiště. It is a detached house standing in existing resident area. It is designed for a family of five. The house has two storeys and separate garage next to house (garage isn’t the subject of this bachelor’s thesis). There is a gabled roof. It is designed as a modern collar systems with Rigips boards and heat insulation Isover.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation to execution of a new detached house in cadastral area of Trenčianske Stankovce, part Rozvadze. Family house is detached two-storeyed building, located at the edge of the village. Object is meant for one generation, designed for 4-5 people. The building includes a garage with one car stand. Floor plan is designed in shape of a latter T. Construction system is longitudinal, wall made. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are made by the system HELUZ. Roofing of the building is designed with flat roofs. On the part of the object is extensive green roof. The drawing part is handled by the AutoCAD software.

The bachelor thesis deals with designing a family house with a business plan in the village Jevišovka at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 1067/1, Jevišovka territory. The building object is without a basement and with two above-ground floors with a wall construction systém from brick blocks POROTHERM, based on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. In the house there is a business plan of the person who lives there. The Business plan is vacation rentals.

The bearing system of the building is designed mainly by wall system of Heluz. There is a flat roof. The cladding is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system ETICS.

The theme of this work is the building design, brand new mountain hotel with wellness services in Spindleruv Mlyn. The plot is located in a quiet part of town, near a wooded area and form a river Labe.V designed hotel is located three floors above ground level of the building is solved attic space. Roofed by a wooden roof false hip roof. Ground unsophisticated form a geometric shape, which layout is divided into sections. On the ground floor wellness facilities, a portion of the input dopňkovými with hotel services, floor is done mainly for accommodation, as well as the attic. Hotel is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in the construction of houses and other hotels. All living spaces are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists Liapor system. The appearance of the hotel is in line with the surroundings.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

Sublevel is projected from a block Best 40 with a monolithic ceiling tile. Floors, ceiling and mono-pitched roof are wooden.
