Association Nové Město na Moravě civic association EZOP - open - access service

Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací, která vykonává svoje sociální služby v regionu Nového Města na Moravě. Jedná se o Sdružení Nové Město na Moravě o.s. Organizace realizuje pět sociálních služeb: Občanskou poradnu, EZOP - NZDM, Ranou péči, Osobní asistenci a Sociálně aktivizační službu pro rodiny s dětmi. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na sociální službu EZOP - Nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež, neboť jsem v této službě vykonala praxi a pracovala jsem zde jako dobrovolnice. V této sociální službě zatím jako jediné proběhla inspekce kvality v sociálních službách. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se snažila popsat obecnou charakteristiku Sdružení o.s., zabývala jsem se historií Nízkoprahových zařízení obecně a konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na EZOP - NZDM. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, kterého se účastnili uživatelé sociální služby EZOP B NZDM. Cílem práce bylo ověřit předpoklad, vyplývající z mého působení v této sociální službě a to, že uživatelé sociální služby jsou s poskytováním sociální služby spokojeni, přestože tato sociální služba nesplnila některá zásadní kritéria standardů kvality v sociálních službách. Problems of Relation between Gipsy and Non-gipsy in Low-threshold Facilities

This bachelor work deals with children and youth position towards gipsy population and describes factors that these attitudes affect. It shows access of majority society towards gipsy population and interprets fundamental terms as racism, xenophobia and racial discrimination. It also mentions international and domestic law arrangements concerning racial discrimination. Further this work represents lowHthreshold facilities for children and youth and points out to their value in education of young generation towards racial differences toleration. It describes target group characteristics of these facilities and contact worker importance in process of improving relationships between gipsy and non- gipsy clients of low-threshold facilities. The practical part of this work describes development of relationships between clients low-threshold facility "Vrtule" in Praha-Kobylisy and evaluates talks between gipsy and nonHgipsy clients of this facility aimed at their mutual relations. My Bachelor work is called The individualization in ́the houses on a half' way ́ with concentrating on an individual plan , and changes connecting to the introduction of the standard of the social serves quality I engaged in getting acquainted with the law No.108/2006 sb., about Social Services , changes that this law brings, Quality standards of Social Services,and their requirements. Then I was devoting an individual work with clients and an individual planning on that basis. Since this work has been oriented at The Houses on a half'way above all I wanted to get known this Service well, find out who is this service for and how it works. I interviewed welfare workers from The house on a half'way in Hrochův Týnec. I've tried to do justice to the main changes which the law No. 108/2006 has brought and which are connected with animplementation of ̈The Quality standarts of social services ̈ to practise(to real life). The main objective of this work was not even drawing near the new things these two documents have brought, what they are here for and what objektive they have, but also bringing near how the individual planning works, its producing and what it is dedicated to. The Relation Between Homelessness and Institutional Upbringing

This bachelor thesis focuses on children's institutional upbringing, in particular in children's homes and upbringing institutions, and considers it as a factor causing homelessness. In the thesis theoretical analyses by experts from the fields of sociology, social work, psychology and social pathology. Furthermore, author's own research carried out in an organization devoted to work with homeless people as well as researches and specialized examinations that have been already done in the Prague and Pilsen regions are used.
