Multifunction display for ground power supply
Kincl, Zdeněk ; Kubíček, Michal (referee) ; Kolka, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to design a concept and circuit for multifunction display. This unit is used in ground power supply for preflighting preparation of army helicopters. Multifunction display measures voltages and currents of AC and DC generators, teperatures of cooling air and fuel quantity. Display indicates a operational and fault states of ground power supply. The main element of multifunction display is 32-bit microprocessor from the manufacturer NXP, family ARM7. All information are displaying on graphic vacuum fluorescent display GU256x128.
Software tester of embedded module communication based on AT commands
Kondr, Aleš ; Prokeš, Aleš (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
The graduation thesis deals with AT commands and the implementation of these in modules of wireless communication. These commands are mainly used for the obtaining and setting of different parameters of such modules. A form of the AT commands and a manner in which these are sent to modules are described. For selected wireless modules, there is a set of AT commands determined together with a brief description of the functions of these. A manner of creation of macroblocks for the TeraTerm program is also mentioned; macroblocks are able to establish communication with the module connected and allow for measurement and testing of communication appliances. This is suitable especially for the automation of such a process. As such a system (program) is not widely known, a thorough description of this system is given together with a description of measuring and testing macroblocks. The last part of the thesis deals with the creation of an application enabling the user to control quickly and easily an inserted appliance. A very detailed description of this application is given. Due to an absence of an advanced graphic interface, such an application has not been created by means of a system of macroblocks for the TeraTerm program, but it has been created in the JAVA programming language.
Additional LCD Display for Laboratory Kit with a Programmable Device
Pajskr, Jaroslav ; Kubíček, Michal (referee) ; Kolouch, Jaromír (advisor)
The main part of the digital application is its user interface. Users can check the status of the programme or change its state. There are many ways to obtain a suitable interface. During the design stage the simplest interface is chosen that provides the necessary functions. In most cases the interface contains a display. This diploma thesis deals with the design of an extension board to plug in a display to a programmable device, a control algorithm for the display and the design of a simple display interface. There are two ways to design software. The first of them is achieved by the processor PicoBlaze, which contains all the required functions. The second solution is by the state machine written in VHDL language. Both solutions can be used in the same way, but the latter solution is quicker and requires less hardware resources.
FPGA core for data displaying on computer monitor using VGA port
Pišl, Adam ; Kováč, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this project is to perform the study of a driver for controlling computer monitor using VGA port. The driver is based on FPGA which is used to generate VGA signals. The main purpose of the project is to design a hardware core for gate array which can be used as part of some complex FPGA design to provide a comfortable user interface. The project describes the main part of the VGA driver – module for generating control signals and module for displaying text information that is sent from a PC via serial port interface.
Omnidirectional robot – construction design
Kubíček, Michal ; Abbadi, Ahmad (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the 3D design chassis holonomic omnidirectional robot. The aim of the work is to design two omnidirectional mobile robots. The first one is the three-wheel omnidirectional robot with spring-loaded platform. The second one is the special balancing robot, where the motion wheel is the ball and the robot ride over them. The platform was designed for using with Maxon MCD EPOS motors. The simplest structure of mobile robot was chosen due to simplification of manufacture process. The robot platform design was realized by means of SolidWorks software.
Calculation of Lift Distribution along Wing Span using the Glauert's Method
Kubíček, Martin ; Doupník, Petr (referee) ; Zikmund, Pavel (advisor)
This work is focused on a simplified calculation lift distribution along wing span of aircraft RAPID 200. This is a two –seat, all metal lower wing airplane with a straight wing and usual setting of power unit. Glauert method is used to calculate lift distribution along wing span with program MathCad.
Sestavení rodinného finančního plánu
Kubíček, Martin
This thesis is concerned with constructing a family financial plan. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the reader is introduced to a list of the basic principles of creating a family financial plan. They are then gradually introduced to the area concerning budget, how it is dealt with and how it would be correctly calculated. These are the following areas: securing income, provide housing, income protection, creation of reserves and ensuring annuities for retirement. Each area is going to be discussed separately and will be presented to companies with these products available in the market.
Inclined plane
KUBÍČEK, Martin
This final project deals with physical analysis of simple machine - inclined plane. After theoretical analysis is nessesary to build a measurement device. This device is used for measurement of friction coefficient and uniform acceleration in practical exercises.
Management of Change Projects
Kubíček, Milan ; Chocholatý, Drahomír (advisor) ; Hřebíček, Vladimír (referee)
The thesis is dedicated to management of projects that focus transitional and transformational changes in organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis covers terminology and definition of change management. Project and change management dependencies are defined. Consequently, Prosci change management methodology, Kotter's 8 Steps for Leading Change and GE Change acceleration process are analyzed. Finally, a methodology for practical part of the thesis is selected. Practical part includes description and usage of most frequent CAP tools as well as a case study. A real change project is described and evaluated from CAP methodology perspective.
