The Cost of Seasonal Facility With Application of the New Labour Code Kulčár, Jan ; Kruksa, Richard (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor) Goal of this work is to analyze personnel management in chosen seasonal sports facilities and realize whether employees costs increased or decreased after new labour code 2012 came into force. Theoretical part is about labour code novelisation from 2012 and its changes compared to former labour code. In practical part there is a research from chosen seasonal sports facilities. I tried to get to know if these facilities follow code-given steps how to treat employees and if they do how does it reflect into costs. The output of this work should be some recommendations how to minimize costs which could appear with the new labour code. Detailed record
