Marketing Strategy Focused on Regaining Polish Clients

This diploma thesis focuses on comparison of selected competing companies on the Polish market and recommendation for the selected company called Kolštejn wellness center with the goal of regaining Polish clients. The company provides hospitality and provision of wellness services as is visible from the company name. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part describes goals, methods and processing procedures. At the same time it is dedicated to the theoretical background of the thesis which is necessary for correct understanding and comprehension of the issue. Second part contains the application of the findings. Based on provided research and identified facts, concrete proposals and recommendations for improving the situation in the last part of the thesis.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financial evaluation of the company OTEX s.r.o. for the period 2014 to 2018. The theoretical part deals with the definition of theoretical concepts, description of methods and indicators with recommended values, which are further used in analytical part for the final processing. The analytical part will include a specific calculation of financial analysis and its evaluation for a pre-selected company. At the end of the work will be presented proposals and measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with two types of reinforcement FRP reinforcement and generally used steel reinforcement. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge related to FRP reinforcement. There is described its composition, properties, production, durability and its design properties from a theoretical point of view. In the following part, the design and assessment of a specific prefabricated U part is performed. The design and assessment is performed in two variants from FRP reinforcement and steel reinforcement.

Regionální identita obyvatel mikroregionu Jemnice

This bachelor thesis examines the degree of regional identity of the inhabitants of the micro-region of Jemnice. The area of interest was chosen based on its specific geographic location. The first part is devoted to the definition and characterization of key concepts such as the region, the perception of geographic space and its regional identity. The practical part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey and an analysis of the obtained data was carried out. In the framework of the survey, the citizens were consulted within individual hierarchical levels of administrative units, patriotism, their susceptibility to migration and / or, for example, the demarcation of the micro-region by the population. Within the interest area, the prevailing national identity was identified, followed by a regional identity.
