ECG Cluster Analysis
Pospíšil, David ; Kozumplík, Jiří (referee) ; Klimek, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the use of some methods of cluster analysis on the ECG signal in order to sort QRS complexes according to their morphology to normal and abnormal. It is used agglomerative hierarchical clustering and non-hierarchical method K – Means for which an application in Mathworks MATLAB programming equipment was developed. The first part deals with the theory of the ECG signal and cluster analysis, and then the second is the design, implementation and evaluation of the results of the usage of developed software on the ECG signal for the automatic division of QRS complexes into clusters.
Dynamic Programming in Biosignal Processing
Procházka, Petr ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Klimek, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor thesis describes the dynamic time warping method (DTW), which is used for extrasystoles detection in ECG signales. Several methods for extracting a reference cycle are described in this paper. These methods are applied either to whole heart cycles or just to QRS complexes. Afterwards these methods are compared with results of cluster analysis.
Neuroinformatics and sharing data from medical imaging systems
Klimek, Martin ; Kubásek, Miroslav (referee) ; Provazník, Ivo (advisor)
The presented master's thesis deals with the issue of storing and sharing data from medical imaging systems. This thesis, inter alia, consists of organizational and informatics aspects of medical imaging systems data in multicentric studies containing MRI brain images. This thesis also includes technical design of a web-based application for image data sharing including a web interface suitable for manipulation with the image data stored in a database.
Wavelet analysis of electrocardiographic signals
Hrbáček, Michal ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Klimek, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with Wavelet analysis of elektrocardiographic signals especially detection of P – wave from ECG signals. Papers includes the theory dealing with main topic and expains the procedur for detection of P waves.
E-learning for Technological projecting and logistic
Klimek, Martin ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with computer aided design, production, and logistics. Further on it deals with types of companies, project management, problem solving in previously mentioned fields, methodology, and particular procedures of solving tasks of placement. Another objective of this particular bachelor’s thesis is to focus on the possibilities of multimedia instruction for subjects dealing with previously mentioned topics.
Dynamic Time Warping in Biosignal Processing
Kubát, Milan ; Kozumplík, Jiří (referee) ; Klimek, Martin (advisor)
This work is dedicated to dynamic time warping in biosignal processing, especially it´s application for ECG signals. On the beginning the theoretical notes about cardiography are summarized. Then, the DTW analysis follows along with conditions and demands assessments for it’s successful application. Next, several variants and application possibilities are described. The practical part covers the design of this method, the outputs comprehension, settings optimization and realization of methods related with DTW
Classification of ECG signals using Cluster Analysis
Kremličková, Lenka ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Klimek, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of cluster analysis and their applications to short-term recording of the electrocardiogram (ECG). The work describes the physiological properties of the heart and cardiac muscle, as well as its electrical behavior and the formation and ECG. Part of this work is to describe the issue of cluster analysis of biosignals and distribution of clustering methods for hierarchical and non-hierarchical. Are described in detail agglomerative hierarchical method, which is outlined the procedure for the solution. Further described is the use of cluster analysis for classification of ECG and its application to the signals from the CSE. This work assesses which of clustering methods is applied to ECG signals appropriate.
Gabor transform for heart rate variability analysis
Omastová, Martina ; Klimek, Martin (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of measurement of heart rate variability. Heart rate variability (HRV) is an oscillation in the interval between consecutive heartbeats. It can be analysed by several methods, but in this work was used method analysis in time domain and Gabor transform. There were evaluated changes in HRV caused by global ischemia by both methods and reveal differences between the two methods. The methods were compared. In the conclusion was evaluated which method is more suitable for analysis of HRV.
