Adoption of IFRS by entities in consumer products industry

The goal of the master's thesis is to prepare the opening statement of financial position according to the International Financial Reporting Standards. The theoretical part commences with the analysis of the current regulation of IFRS in the Czech Republic. Then follows the explanation of conditions and reasons for transition to IFRS. In the end of the theoretical part, the process of transition is explained as well as the application of IFRS 1. The practical part deals with the detail analysis of the individual line items of the statement of financial position according to the Czech GAAP. There also analyzed the relevant regulation of individual line items according to IFRS as well as performed adjustments required from the entity in order to transition to IFRS.
Effective communication within the labour market of Kazakhstan

While modern technologies play an important role in the labor market, the majority of high paid jobs are found through social networks. Kazakhstan is no exception. Since the country gained its independence in 1991, it has become competitive and attractive for international companies to conduct business. This paper discusses the problems of the labor market in Kazakhstan as well as presents comprehensive detail on diversity and the importance of national norms and values within the country. In the theoretical section, the importance of work for human beings, unemployment, and the consequences are discussed. The interview conducted and the questionnaire administered in the practical section focus on the critical issues that need to be acknowledged. The paper concludes with an optimistic outlook for the economic future of the country.
