Primary Preventive Programs of Risk Behaviour

My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of risky behaviour on the Internet and programs of primary prevention of such behaviour. The main aim of this thesis is to find out whether higher primary students have gone through any preventive program regarding risky behaviour on the Internet and whether they have anyone in their surroundings to confide to if they need. To get the results, quantitative type of research has been chosen. Data collection was carried out via online questionnaires. The research file consists of higher primary school students. The research was carried out at the break of May/June 2020. The theoretical part deals with the definition of risky behaviour in general, and subsequently I analyse the individual types of risky behaviour on the Internet. I also describe organisations, institutions and projects that deal with the topic of safe behaviour on the Internet. The research part addresses students at the higher primary schools in the Tabor region. To fulfill the aims, the method of quantitative research is used and when collecting data, it is the method of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire consists of 24 questions answered by 150 respondents.
Duration of nursing care for patients in the ICU after surgery Lung Cancer

Introduction: This thesis deals with the time management of nursing care for patients in the ICU after bronchogenic carcinoma surgery. The treatment of patients with this diagnosis requires a multidisciplinary approach by all members of the medical team. Aims and methodology: The aim of this thesis was to map the time demands of nursing care for a patient who is the first day after lung cancer surgery, about current recommended procedures of nursing care. Furthermore, the aim was to find out whether a methodical guideline or a standard defining postoperative care of a patient after lung cancer surgery is available for the nurses. The way nurses perceive their working conditions and relationships in the workplace was also investigated. Finally, the aim of the diploma thesis was to map time management in nursing care for patients with lung cancer, all in the intensive care unit from nine medical facilities that participated in the research survey. Results: The research group consisted of nurses working in surgical intensive care units of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree and cardiac surgical intensive care unit from four university hospitals, 3 regional hospitals and 2 other hospitals. Sleep quality in hospitalized patients

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the quality of sleep of hospitalized patients. Adequate sleep quality is one of the most important prerequisites for human health, it is to regain and restore physical and mental strength. The sleep protects human body against overload, helps to mobilize its protective powers and helps to recovery faster. Almost all diseases are increasing need for sleep and rest during the day. The main ask of the investigation was to determine the pre-sleeping rituals and sleep disorders in in-patients, to compare what was before hospitalization at home and at the time of hospitalization, as well as to determine the cause of their formation and to propose appropriate measures to eliminate or minimize the occurrence of these causes. The research group consisted of 21 in-patients. The survey was carried out at III. Surgical Clinic of University Hospital Motol. The survey was conducted through qualitative research. The data were obtained by the technique of semi structured interviews and analyzed by using open coding. School in Zlata Koruna and its visual didactic application of basic education

The thesis deals with the School of Zlatá Koruna and its visual didactical application of basic education. First part is orientated on a pedagogical efficiency in the use of instruments and didactical pictures in the structure of teaching. The main part contains the digitizing of pictures from Zlatá Koruna with the encryption of hidden details. The conclusion of the thesis is engaged in the possible utilization of artafacts from Zlatá Koruna in current education.
Redistributing aspects of public finance (CZ and SK)

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of redistributing of public finance. The attention is paid especially on the state social expenditures, which are allowed from the state budget to various types of households. The households are divided into ten deciles according to their income- from the lowest to highest. The data used for comparison were taken from the statistics of the Czech republic and Slovakia in the year 2007. The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to examine redistribution of state social benefits and other transfers in the Czech republic and Slovakia.
