Insolvency proceedings from the viewpoint of a creditor

This thesis discusses the Insolvency Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll. Insolvency and Its Resolution which came into force on January 1, 2008. This Act replaced Act no. 328/1991Coll., on Bankruptcy and Settlement and brought new legal adjusting of bankruptcy law. The thesis focuses on insolvency proceedings in point of view of creditor, as one of the main procedural subjects in the proceedings. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the application of claims of creditors in insolvency proceedings, because for their successful satisfaction is necessary to perfect understand of Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll. Equally important is the orientation in implementing regulations of Insolvency law. In the second part of thesis there is an analysis of input data with a focus on creditors in insolvency proceedings and the satisfaction creditors receivables. The obtain data are statistically processed and evaluated.

Succession management, with a focus on selected issues expenditure in legal theory and practice

The theoretical part is focused on explanation of the Institute of inheritance law. It includes view of its development in the Czech Republic and the overall view of the current legislation. Explains who he is deceased, the heir, legatee, heir sidestepped and what's estate. It defines an inheritance tax according to the new and recent legislation in force. Inform the development of inheritance tax.
The practical part deals with the specific data obtained from the site of financial management and the Ministry of Finance. There were detected revenues, expenses, balance the state budget, collection of inheritance tax and then all indicators compared.

The offence proceedings of administrative authorities

This thesis with topic proceeding administrations. Theoretical part is focused charakteristic the offence proceedings as a whole, according to the Act of Offences adn Administrative Code, which explains the basic principles and concepts with I would like to explain.
The practical part is focused on the Commission´s proceedings dealing with ofeenses city Pečky. Expecially with my work will relate to offenses that were committed in this territorial for the perriod 2001-2015, focusing description of illegality and about what kind of offenses are.

The role of public administration in the field of public health protection

Masters thesis deals with an issue of public authorities which protect and support public health using their competences. It identifies selected public authorities in the theoretical part and also it explores their jurisdiction. Mentioned authorities are administrated by the different ministries. Thats why there is a focus on practical activities of these authorities. Particularly, there is the focus on the overlapping in their ordinary, preventive and repressive competences. On the other side, attention is also paid to cooperation between the public authorities and its importance. Practical part of the thesis is aimed on some competences imperfections between the authorities, especially in the field of the public catering. There is the main Czech public law in the centre of attention which covers public food safety. Problems with practical application of this law, especially the problems with application of its amendments, are shown on the several practical examples. At the end, the thesis mentioned advantages and disadvantages which provides the amendments for the owners of the food companies and their customers.

Firefighters from occupation by unit of volunteer firefighters

The thesis deals with the establishment, management and work of profesional firefighters. But not the work of members of the Fire and Rescue Service, but members of the teams of the volunteer firefighters of the village, who carry out their activities in the unit as their principal occupation.
This thesis has two parts. In the first, theoretical part, I deal with legal standards which govern the emergence of units of the volunteer firefighters of the municipality, its functioning in the system of the Integrated Rescue System, organizational and operational management unit features professional fire in the unit and the demands of their professional and physical fitness, education and training. The practical part is devoted to mapping of SDH units in the Czech Republic, whose members carry out activities as their main occupation and analysis of the financial costs incurred by the employer in the functioning of the unit with the fire of occupation.
In conclusion, I summarize the findings of acquired technical knowledge, analyzing the costs of running the unit and the practical experience professional firefighters, and mention the recommendations for the founders, who decide to employ a firefighter by profession.

Selected economic context of social care services

Summary
In the theoretical part of the thesis Selected Economic Aspects of Social Care Services, I present a definition and an overview of the statutory regulation of social care services in the historical perspective and from the viewpoint of the valid law. The subsequent section, which is the core segment of the theoretical part of my thesis, sets forth a specification and a general outline of all social care services available in our jurisdiction.
The chapter about the funding of social services identifies the available financial resources, and the range of options associated with the payment of social care services. The services and particularly the financing methods constitute a frequent topic for discussion among all main initiators (promoters, movers) of social services.
In the practical part of the thesis, I present an identification of financial resources of one selected social service provider, and an analysis of its income from transfers, users payments for meals, from the accommodation and care allowances, and other revenue generated from 2005 to 2015. This part of the thesis also shows a comparison of the amount of individual transfers and payments from users, including per-user care allowance per year and month in the period from 2005 to 2015. The analysis is then used to identify the system for subsidy allocation, to draw conclusions on specific findings, and to present some recommendations. The last section of the practical part compares the selected social service provider with other organizations providing the same services in the year 2014.

Audit in system of firm quality

The thesis titled Audit in system of firm quality is focused on acquiring basic knowledge and skills associated with the term audit, its definition, defining the principle and necessity in the context of integration into the company's organizational structure. It presents requirements on the auditor itself, the working methods used in the audit activities and claims on the processing of the audit report. Important is also familiarization with the actual quality management system, which is clearly becoming an important tool to obtain a competitive advantage on the market. Due to disagreement with the publication of the monitored entity's trade name, in terms of this thesis the author described the organization as the company D. By analysis of outcomes related to the implementation of internal audit quality management system were identified possible bottlenecks of the auditees. During the reporting period was found that approx. 30% of nonconformities is still repeating from previous audits, it clearly testifies to inefficient solution of measures for eliminating identified nonconformities. Based on these findings was performed an analysis of the causes and effects associated with the occurrence of recurrent nonconformities, where the most important causes are team identified. These causes in terms of importance were identified by Pareto analysis regarding to the process itself (the missing steps, identifying the beginning and the end, the distribution of nonconformities according to the importance, etc.). Subsequently was performed drafting of more efficient process model suitable for effective implementation of audits in system of firm quality. In a use of change management in the organization was the new process model put into practice, including performance of assessment, approval, implementation, verification and validation tasks. The benefit of this thesis is mainly the possible application of the modified process model of audit in system of firm quality, which allows rapid optimization of business processes and procedures.

Offence Proceedings in Theory and Practice of Law

The theoretical part of this dissertation deals with problems of offence proceedings.
It defines basic concepts and describes institutions which are collocated with the offence proceedings. The thesis is structured from legal enactments, corporeal legal formation of offences and principles of the offence proceedings across actions before the start of the proceedings and the proceeding itself to due and special legal remedies and types of offences per a law of offences.
The practical part includes data about offences from Commission of an Offense in the town of Náchod registered between years 2011 and 2015, overview of them in separate years, charting and evaluation of the of most frequent offences across these years. According to the detected data there is an evaluation of generally perceived hypothesis of worse condition of interpersonal relationships in the society in collocation with the results of the survey.

Debt collection in legal theory and practice

This diploma work focuses on the issue of debt collection via deductions from pension payments. The theoretical part analyses the legal conditions for this type of debt collection and defines the terms related to it. The first chapters focus in general on financial literacy and the development of the system of deductions from wages. In the following chapters, based on analysis of legislation and description, the legal basis of deductions from wages is mapped, along with the calculation of the amount of deductions seized based on distraint orders and changes to the payer of income during the enforcement of a decision. The other sections of the work focus on insolvency and the recipient payers retirement in the event of deductions. The practical part presents a comparison of analysed data about the development of the number of pensions, the average amount of pensions and pensions affected by deductions seized based on distraint orders, and details are compared about the amount of income achieved during economic life and in retirement. Then the particular issues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are compared through examination of their basic characteristics. Based on the authors own observation, the final part of the document contains suggestions of possible solutions that would reduce the number of pensions affected by asset seizure.
