Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm

This bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluation of financial position of a chosen business. Methods of financial analysis were used for evaluation of the situation. Ratio analysis and its system in particular are explained in the bachelor´s thesis. The objective of the thesis is to appraise the overall business position and propose possible improvements or measures to eliminate insufficiencies. Financial analysis is performed for the fiscal period of 2003-2007.

This graduation theses analyses intercompany comparisons using one-dimensional and multi-dimensional methods. It focuses on enterprises actuating in terms of a subsegment of national economy – building industry. Factors that influence the performance of companies most in this field will be selected by using correlation coefficient. Its economic development during the years and also characteristics of the industry will be described in details.

The processional management and its application at the development of the country

Processional management is one of the modern theories of management. It focus on transformating an activity in the company into a process. In my work I tried to apply the processional management at dividing ( state ) grants. I have chosen the grant promgramme LEADER ČR and assignment of financial resources of this programme to the enterpreneual subjects in the area of Microregion Telčsko.
