Ivo Lána, Ph.D (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor) The bachelor's thesis deals with the process management of the order in the company Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. This company focuses on the production of castings from cast iron, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. It also owns specialized workplaces for heat treatment, machining of castings and surface treatment of cast iron castings. The first part of the bachelor's thesis presents the theoretical background, which approaches the issues addressed in the analytical part. In the analytical part, the company is introduced from a general point of view, its history is briefly described and the activity of process management of the order is described from receipt, through production to the dispatch of the final casting to the customer. The last part contains suggestions for optimizing the activities of the process management of the order with regard to delivery dates. Detailed record
