Remuneration of Workers, their Motivation and Stimulation

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

Analysis of the effectiveness of public- private partnership

The theme of thesis is to analyze the effectviveness of public- private partnership. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines public goods and means of their security. The following defines the public-private partnership. Than there is the evaluation of public procurements and Public Private Partnership projects in a legal and financial aspects. The practical part describes legal security and financing of Public Private Partnership project Aquapark Olomouc along with SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The analysis above leads to the identification of problematic points of the project. Finally, suggestions are formulated to solution of identified problems and evaluate whether, in this particular case, public-private partnership has been effective.

Regulation in health service on the supply side

In this work I engaged in regulation elements in health service on the supply side. This elements may be market, nonmarket and semimarket, it's possible to combine them. The regulation on the supply side is effective method, how to prevet wasteful use of financial resources and how to better allocate accesiblle resources. Whatever segment of healh service has a specifically claims to regulation on the supply side. My work desribes and analyses particular elements of regulation on the supply side in participants of the health service market.
