On-Road Damper Force Measurement

The first part of the master's thesis deals with basic types and functions of dampers, together with a search of commonly used methods of damper force measurements. Consequently, a design of an on-road damper force measuring assembly is made and positioned onto a 3D model of a vehicle's damper. In the final part of the thesis there is made an evaluation of conditions of use of the measuring assembly together with its versatility.
Design of a warehouse in a given engineering company

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a design of a warehouse in an engineering company Bonfiglioli s.r.o. Firstly, there was made a search about warehouse problematics concerning its functions, types, kinds of manipulation and methods of logistics. Secondly, two options of design are described – the first one is based on multi-depth racks with pallet shuttles, the second one uses automated shuttle system Stingray with mobile modules. Both versions are supported with drawings. Lastly, evaluations of both of the scenarios are made and the final alternative is chosen based on the following parameters – warehouse capacity, time saving and operation costs.
