Issues of Financial Reporting in Multinational Company

Reporting according to International Financial Reporting Standards is going to be requested in the European countries and the same situation occurs in the Czech Republic. Adopting International Financial Reporting Standards is very important to compare financial statements between companies in different countries. The subject of my master´s thesis „Issues of Financial Reporting in Multinational Company“ is to define the impact of implementation IFRS/IAS in the concrete company and to propose an appropriate accounting system, that reduce company costs associated with the compilation of accounts under the different rules.

The Suggestion for Economy Improvement in the Village Sakvice

The thesis is aimed at the budget management of particular municipalities. The Theoretical section outlines the status of towns as elementary municipal authorities in the Czech republic. Furthermore, the principles of the budget management, incomes and expenses are described. The Practical section of this work deals with analysis of incomes and expenses of municipal budget of the village Šakvice. There is analyse the progress and structure of budget incomes and expenses and evaluated the management of the village.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial efficiency of company Daikin Device Czech Republic for the period betwen years 2006 – 2009. By using the methods of financial analyses I evaluate the current situation and propose suggestion for improvement. The first part is theoretical and explains all related terms and sources that are later used in practical part. The practical part of the thesis starts with analysis of outside and inside factors, and subsequently is followed by the evaluation of the financial indicators and financial efficiency and the summary. In final part of this work I suggest some proposals that could lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company.

The Master thesis is focused on processing and presentation of the draft business plan for the new center of a specific company. The subject of the activity of proposed center is the construction and operation of training center for training their own employees and business partners in fields of business in which the company operates. The thesis contains detailed analysis of the company and its financial position focused on verifying readiness of the intended project.
