	Utilising modern managerial techniques when running specific subjects HODULÁKOVÁ, Petra This thesis focuses on analysis of the level of utilising modern managerial methods to lead a specific group of people, particularly in the area of people management. The aim is to analyse the level and usage and review their effectiveness. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on knowledge acquired from the recommended literature describing this topic. Analytical part consists of two main points. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of the company, progress and development of its position on the market today. The second part of the thesis analyses the level and style of people{\crq}s management skills used by the superiors within certain organizations. Methods of motivating the employees and the level of internal communication, which influences the whole company fundamentally are also looked into; it is crucial for the people who are part of the management and leadership group of the company and therefore influences its prosperity.
