This diploma´s thesis deals with the processing of project documenation for a four – storey, none – basement, hotel building with a restaurant in Bojnice. The restaurant and a bar is accessible from the first floor, with seperate entrances. Additionally, there are twenty-six aparments on the second and third floor, where two of the apartments are barrier-free. Technical rooms, and offices rooms are designed into the last floor.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documenation for a six – storey, semi – basement, apartment building with a cafe and a store in Handlova. The building is designed to accommodate for a sloped terrain. A cafe and shops are accessible from the first floor, with seperate entrances, which are separated from the apartments. Cellars and technical rooms are designed into the basement. Additionally, there are three aparments on the second floor, where two of the apartments are barrier-free. There are further four apartments on the third and fourth floor. The last floor is designed as an above standard apartment for a family of five with access to the terrace.
