The adjusting collimator for the Fluorescent holographic microscope
Hlaváčová, Kateřina ; Jákl, Petr (referee) ; Dostál, Zbyněk (advisor)
For the proper function of the Fluorescence olographic microscope, it is necessary to adjust all the optical components of the microscope. Furthermore, the precise adjustment is the very critical condition for proper imaging of the Coherence-controlled holographic microscope. Therefore, it is necessary to create a sight collimator for these microscopes for their adjustment. The fluorescence holographic microscope is based on an interference and holographic principles, whose history is mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis. The existing state of the art of laser sight collimators and their use in practice is also mentioned. The optical and mechanical design of the laser sight collimator and its realization are described in the next part of the thesis. The software for detecting the black sight cross was created for the use of the laser sight collimator in practice. The software is necessary to evaluate the correctness of the alignment of the adjusted microscope. The descriptions of the adjustment procedures for the laser sight collimator and for the Fluorescence holographic microscope are mentioned in the last part of the thesis. These procedures are necessary for proper manipulation and use with the proposed laser sight collimator.
Conspiracy narrative of the Protocols of the Elder of Sion in the context of Judeo-Christian relationships
Hlaváčová, Kateřina ; Kozák, Jan (advisor) ; Chlup, Radek (referee)
This paper deals with the anti-Semitic pamphlet The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which is placed in the historical context of its origin, considering political and social causes behind the formulation of many previous conspiracy theories and anti-Jewish narratives and their motifs, which are eventually reflected in The Protocols. This complex conspiracy narrative is then subjected to structural analysis, which seeks to identify dominant themes structured into binary oppositions, through which it aims to capture a potential "meaning" or significance of the narrative that was relevant to readers of its time but also addresses contemporary conspiracy theorists. Finally, the work attempts to outline one of the root causes that makes Jews ideal adepts for a major role as conspirators in conspiracy narratives, that lies in their extraordinary, liminal state, defined by their relationship to the majority, in this case, Christian society.
Ověření vlivu aplikace přípravků na bakteriální bázi pro ovocné dřeviny
Hlaváčová, Kateřina
The diploma thesis „The Effect of Application of Bacterial Preparations on Fruit Trees“ compares quantitative and qualitative properties of apricots treated and nontreated with bacterial praparations. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three parts; the first is focused on description of the species apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.), the next part deals with nutrition of fruit trees. The last part focuses on importance of soil microorganisms, especially PGPR bacteria, for plants. PGPR bacteria is group of plant growth promoting bacteria. At the end of the theoretical part there is a description of the most important genera of plant growth promoting bacteria. The practical part focuses on application of bacterial preparations in an apricot orchard. Variants with bacterial applications were compared to control variants in yield, size and weight of apricot, analytical evaluation of fruits (content of elements, vitamin C, flavonoids and antioxidant capacities) and monitoring of storage parametres, such as weight loss, content of refractometric dry matter, total titratable acidity and fruit firmness.
Conspiracy theories as quasireligion
Hlaváčová, Kateřina ; Kostičová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Gebelt, Jiří (referee)
Conspiracy theories are an old-new phenomenon which has gained its importance and specific character over the last three centuries. Unofficially, they have become an alternative tradition of the interpretation of historical events connected with an alternative form of spirituality, known as conspirituality. This manner of the interpretation usually holds the power when the consensually accepted worldview loses its plausibility for the concrete person or group. Conspiracy theories are the verbalization of a certain way of thinking and action which depends on it. Most often, they are manifested in the form of myths. That is understood as one of the dominant structures, commonly connected with traditionally perceived religion. From this point of view and in terms of the function associated with conspiracy narratives, conspiracy theories are examined as functional and structural equivalents of religion. These functions are especially the defense of the order (nomos), differentiation of the outer reality or the explanation of the presence of Evil in the world. In addition, they can also become a medium or tool of social actors in power relations. This thesis represents the complementary overview of the contemporary approaches in the study of religion discourse, which deals with unconventional religiosity...

Možnosti biologické ochrany v ovocných sadech
Hlaváčová, Kateřina
The literary part of work deal with possibility of biological control in fruit orchards of stone fruit. Enviroment-friendly systems of growing fruit are stated in the work. This is an integrated and ecological production of fruit. In this part preventive, chemical and biological measures in control of plants including methods of monitoring of pests. The work pays attention to describtion of the most economically important pests of stone fruit and possibility of biological control against these pests. The advantages and disadvatages of biological preparations in control of stone fruit were evaluated in the work.
Woman and The Witches' Sabbath
Hlaváčová, Kateřina ; Dluhoš, Marek (advisor) ; Kostičová, Zuzana (referee)
This bachelor thesis follows the development of the myth of Sabbath as it was created by Christian demonologists in the last centuries of the Middle Ages. It tries to trace its mythical roots and influences of older pre-Christian traditions. It begins with medieval theories of conspiracy which caused the persecution of lepers in France at the beginning of the 14th century and ends with great European hunters, whose justification was based on the belief in the mysterious witches gathering. I assume from the thesis of the Italian historian Carlo Ginzburg, who considered the Witches Sabbath to be transformed idea of the conspiracy of lepers, on which were grafted demonized pagan motives and the new conception of the devil, which crystallized at the end of the Middle Ages. I also try to interpret the motives of the Sabbath as the projections of the social taboos, which had in the centre figure of woman. From this perspective, I evaluate the figure of the devil, who became the shadow of the society at that time.
Legal relationship between a doctor and minor patient - criminal aspects
Hlaváčová, Kateřina ; Sovová, Olga (advisor) ; Císařová, Dagmar (referee)
Relationship between a doctor and a minor patient - criminal aspects. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the criminal aspects of the relationship between a doctor and a minor patient. I chose this topic because I grew up in a family of doctors and I had listened to the problems that my relatives as doctors had to solve. This thesis is composed of twelve chapters, which are divided into sections and subsections. The first part of my thesis describes and analyzes the sources of law and basic concepts which are used in legal literature and also in legislation. Due to the specific relationship between a doctor and a minor patient lying in the fact that a minor patient must be represented by his parents in some cases, the third chapter analyzes the conduct of the child as one of the vertices of an imaginary triangle (doctor - child - parents). In chapter four, I focused on description of all kinds of legal liability, which are typical for this area of law. The main focus of my thesis consists of chapters five, six and seven. In these chapters I in detail analyzed criminal liability, firstly in general, secondly criminal liability of doctors and in the last mentioned chapter I discusses further about criminal acts in the context of healthcare. I realize that I couldn't have succeeded in covering...
