Introducion of new services educational care centers

My thesis engage in the strategic planning process when introducing new residential services Educational care centers, Pšov for children at risk of developing behavioral disorders under the age of 15 years. The aim of my work is both to create a business plan for the introduce of new services using both quantitative research methods to find out what factors influence the choice of clients of educational care centers when choosing a Educational care centers? The first part deals with strategic planning and business plan, created by the organization for its long-term vision. Subsequently, the theoretical part I also describe the approach and educational care centers. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of data obtained from clients of educational care centers and strategic analysis. Probation and rehabilitation programs for juvenile delinquents

The present thesis focuses on the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency. Attention is paid to influences and factors that influence the emergence of delinquent behavior in children and adolescents, and of course then the possibilities of justice and judicial response to this undesirable behavior in society. In the legal system of the Czech Republic, there is a separate piece of legislation that responds to the infringement of youth, it is the Law no. 218/2003. The Act represents a response options, and another dealing with children and juvenile offenders. In this Law is delimited the ability to store probation programs and cooperation with the Probation and Mediation Service, which intervenes and helps in dealing with infringements not only children and adolescents but also adults. Attention is paid mainly the form of options and probation programs that are provided by non-profit and non-governmental organizations to help juvenile offenders realize their behavior and above all to prevent recurrences. To illustrate the development of crimes committed by children and juveniles are attached overview tables, which indicate a decreasing number of crimes in the last 10 years. Relation of health and self-sufficiency in the old age

This work is engaged in an interface of health and self-sufficiency in old age. The objective of this work is describing the relation of health and self-sufficiency in old age and it's interface. The work has a four parts. The first part contains an introduction to problems, demographic progress, and accesses to old age by political parties and ministries. The next part describes changes in old age and the term self-sufficiency. The content of the third part is research on subjective sense of health and self-sufficiency between the occupiers of the rest home. In the last part are drafts of measures for target population. The research in the rest home confirms the interface between health and self-sufficiency. When a person has lowered sense of health, then he depends more on other people. In conclusion of the work are summarized the drafts of measures for target population. There is a need of higher knowing about all aspect of the old age. The next is necessity of support and help with adaptation on the situation in the old age. Also it is necessary to increase the effort for the best actuate of old people with target to maximum maintenance of their self-sufficiency.
