The content of this thesis addresses implementation proposal of e-shop system for company manufacturing and trading custom-made jewelry and home furnishings. E-shop will be realized by means of an open-source system, modified to fit the client’s requirements and needs. Part of the thesis is focused to introduction of the company, assessment of current state of their e-shop and comparison of possible open-source solutions. The thesis furthermore describes the proposal of implementation of selected open-source platform and modifications of its appearance and features. It also contains a proposal of low-cost search engine optimization and concludes with evaluation of fulfillment of stated objectives and summarizes recommendations for future development.

Nursing care of the patient after gastric bypass for morbid obesity

Bachelor thesis is focused on treatment options for morbid obesity, particularly surgical methods of treatment. The aim of bariatric surgery is to achieve substantial and complete cure of comorbidities when sick morbid obesity occured. The main objective is to demonstrate the patient with morbid obesity solved by Minigastric bypass and uncomplicated course of hospitalization. The first partial objective is to monitor the influence of the force motivation during recovery, followed by development. The second partial objective is to monitor the success of the surgery. These data are obtained through interview, observation and analysis of patient¨s medical records. For the solving case study the nursing model Marjory Gordon was used. The phases of the nursing process will be carried out from case history, followed by setting the goals, intervention, implementation and evaluation of the overall care plan. During my practice and after writing my bachelor thesis I came to the conclusion that the motivation, support of loved ones and positive attitude toward accepting herself with accepting the new lifestyle, is essential for successful undergoing this type of surgery and the further development. Life with stoma from view of patient

This thesis focuses on patients who have an established ileostomy or colostomy. The aim of the thesis was to determine the indications for stoma. Another aim found out how stoma influenced lives of the respondents particularly in working and sexual life. Third aim dealt with the quality of life of the respondents. The last aim, I examined how respondents coped with a stoma. The work is divided in theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part introduces general issue of the stoma (the types and indications for installation). Furthermore, this work deals with the active lifes of stoma patients, their working and sexual issues. There are also described the complications that may arise after the restoration of the stoma. In the practical part, I focused on the process of interviews and deduce predetermined goals. The data were obtained by using semi-structured interview with persons with established stoma in the age range of 20-30 years. The research was conducted in six respondents who were properly informed about the purpose of data collection and with their consent and interest to participate in the interview, they answered predetermined questions. Treatment of client suffering from Crohn's disease

The topic I chose for my bachelor thesis is the treatment of a client suffering from Crohn's disease. It consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes Crohns's disease including its history, occurrence, symptoms, treatment, impact on fertility and new findings connected to its treatment. The empirical part contains qualitative research in the form of a case study. The aim of the bachelor thesis was understanding the individual needs of a patient suffering from Crohns's disease. The case study describes the life of a woman from when the first symptoms were found till the present day. I found that the disease affects not only the physical but also the psycho-social aspect of the patients, which is often forgotten. Shared Custody

This thesis is a theoretical study that characterizes shared childcare after divorce as the most suitable post-divorce arrangement. This assumption is based on developmental changes in the European family from the time of the French Revolution, the development of family law and important aspects of family law, as well as on the needs of children, and definitions of maternal and paternal love. This hypothesis is also supported by the results of foreign research, which compares the lives of children in different post-divorce arrangements. The following paper discusses mediation as an appropriate way of helping parents achieve a solution that is suitable for all participants in the dispute. In the conclusion some case studies are presented.
