Initial writing of left-handed pupils

The thesis deals with lateralityand focuses mainly on left-handedness. The thesis is dividedintoa theoretical part,whichaims to introduce the reader to the concept of laterality and its types, degrees and kinds, then it focuses on left-handedness in the past and present, teaching of initial writing and related hygiene habits, assessment of writing, left-handed writing, writing methodology, bound and unbound writing, stages of teaching writing and aids for left-handedpupils. The aim of the empirical part is to confirm or refute the stated hypotheses by means of questionnaire survey and observation, namely, that the laterality of the teacher has an effect on the teacher's preparation and teaching of initial writing, and that the laterality of the teacher has an effect on the qualityof left-handedpupils' writing,and that the qualityof left-handedpupils' writing when taught by a left-handedteacher is higher than when taught by a right-handed teacher, and to answer the research question of whether teacher laterality has an effect on the development of a teacher's preparations for initial writing, on the teaching of initial writing, and on the quality of pupils' writing.
