Výslednou prací jsou kresby vyjadřující očekávání a objekty ze sádry znázorňující určité role.Objekty jsou umístěny na čtyřech černý ch soklech, velikostně zvolené podle rozměru objektu.Sokly jsou ve tvaru kvádru, které svým geometrickým tvarem určují každou pozici, fyzickou tělesnost a stabilitu.Role studenta znázorňují knihy(literatura) položené na sobě, poznámky a skici během procesu práce.Objekt pouto za roli manželky.Role matky je spjatá s venuší, kult ženskosti, plodnosti.Za roli umělkyně, jsem představila barvy, které mají symbolizovat umění. V kontextu současného umění studuji literaturu, zabývající se pojetí rolí umělkyně, ženy ve společnosti na přelomu 19, 20 století s konfrontací ze současností.Zkoumám jednotlivé pozice z hlediska psychologie, názory, pojetí uměleckého díla, filozofické eseje, úvahy a tvorbu autorek, (Barbara Sichtermann, Nancy Chodorov, Elisabeth Badinter, Antoinette Fougel, Annie Liebovitz, Susan Sontag, Annette Messager, Patricie Piccinini , Catherine Opie, Bettina Reims, Elžbieta Jablonská). Ze současné české scény se zabývají tématy mateřstvím, rodinou, a spojení umění s běžným životem autoři (Lenka Klodová, Lucie Krejčová, Martin Péč, Marek Rejent, Milena Dopitová). V oblasti psychologie zkoumám úvahy psychoanalytika Michela Schneidera, psychologa Sigmunda Freuda. O instalace uměleckého díla přemýšlím v kontextu tvorby (Denisa Lehocká, Dan Perjovschi, Francis Alys Nedko Solakov, Luboš Plný, Alice Nikitinová, Stano Filko, Dalibor Chatrný, Julius Koller).

Infection pathway of Hymenoscyphus fraxineus and its interactions with ash mycobiota

Ash dieback is a disease that affected populations of native ash species throughout Europe at the beginning of the 21st century. It causes necrotic spots on the leaves, necrosis of shoots and branches and, especially in young individuals, the total death of the tree. In particular, F. excelsior is attacked by ash dieback. The causative agent of the disease is the invasive ascomycete fungus from Asia - Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. The aims of this dissertation thesis were as follows: 1) to study population structure of H. fraxineus at different scales - at regional scale (Czech populations) and at the level of particular ash petioles, this latter was to serve as a confirmation of the pathogen infection pathway; 2) to elucidate the effect of H. fraxineus on saprotrophs in the litter (namely H. albidus) and 3) to compare endophytic mycobiota of tolerant and susceptible F. excelsior trees and to test antagonistic interactions of these fungi against the pathogen. Analysis of Czech populations showed lower average gene diversity compared to other European populations with one Czech population differing significantly from the rest due to the lowest allelic richness and very low average gene diversity. Diversity, distribution and phylogeny of members of the anamorphic genus Chalara

The genus Chalara includes anamorphic, microscopic species of fungi with a typical morphological structure of conidiogenous cell - a phialide with basal venter, long tubular collarette which is producing hyaline, cylindrical conidia. This feature is simple and in the evolution was developed several times. Species of the genus Chalara are associated with some teleomorphic species in subphylum Pezizomycotina, most of them in order Helotiales. The genus is dispersed all over the world and not prefer some special substrate or ecological requirements (from saprobes to parasites). The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to give an overview of diversity, substrate preferences of species, their position in a system and a recapitulation from the first phylogenetic opinions which were based on morphological features to nowadays perceptions with molecular data. Diversity and interactions of microbes associated with White nose syndrome

White-nose syndrome is a severe disease of hibernating bats, which has been lately revealed among their colonies in United States and Canada. This infection causes extensive declines of bat populations in aforementioned area. Causative agent of this disease is a psychrophilic fungus Pseudogymnoascus destructans. The syndrome got its name according to a white fungal growth found on affected bats. Recently it has been shown that growth of P. destructans is probably inhibited by Pseudomonas bacteria species. In this work existing knowledges of bacterial-fungal interactions are summarized and significant antifungal metabolites of Pseudomonas species are exhibited.
